Was very patient in explaining my computer issues and I believe went beyond orginal contracted service.  Provided suggestins for future computer hardware purchases.  Also looked at my laptop and resolved outlook issues.

Cindy was very good. She did not leave until every single problem was resolved.

She did a excellent job.   She was quick and efficient with setting up the network cables and testing them.  She also helped provide ideas on how to provide comprehensive wireless coverage in my house.  I've been challenged with getting good signal strength across my house due to walls and other materials which has blocked/degraded the wireless signal and she gave me some good ideas.  It was clear to me that she's knowledgeable in computers and networking and with the hands on experience to be a good consultant.

Cindy was very helpful and patient.  She was able to repair a program that wasn't opening.  I think she knows what she's doing and I'll indeed use her again for further computer problems. 

It went very well. It’s one lady, Cindy Payne – she is very nice. She came to my house and deals whatever she needs to get done. Whatever she cannot complete she took back to her home and then put it back to us and she was very prompt and we will use her again.

Cindy was very knowledgeable and professional.
She came on time and immediately went to work on the computers.
Her charge was within her phone estimate and she honored the discount for a new customer
I plan on using her services and will recommend her to friends.

Overall this was a great experience.  My only mistake was that I monkeyed around with the computer myself for a while before calling Cindy.

Called and she came out same day.  My computer was unable to be fixed at home so she took it and got it back to me (fully restored) by the next day!  Fast and I didn't lose any of my documents and pictures!

Two thumbs up for Cindy!! She made this computer of mine perform better than it ever has. I had tried two other companies, but they did not get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Cindy was extremely friendly, well mannered, professional, honest, and very good at her job. She got rid of all the junk, and got rid of whatever was creating it. I just can't thank her enough, The price was reasonable, the customer service exceptional. Thank you, Cindy. Thank you for a job well done !!!!!

Cindy was very professional and knowledgable, she offered flexible times and the option of coming to my home personally or fixing it remotely at a discount. She left me a detailed document telling me what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. I will definitely use her again!

Our computer was running really slow and we had boxes popping up telling us that we had a virus. It was almost impossible to use the computer. Cindy told us that it would be extremely costly to pay her to do it in our home while we waited, so she offered to take it with her and bring it back the next day at a reduced price. Our computer seems to be running even faster than it did when we bought it! She removed a lot of the programs that we don't use. She also installed updated antivirus and other software to scan the computer, and showed us how to update and run the scans so that we could keep it running the way it is now. She was very friendly and professional.

What I appreciate the most is that we were not making sure that we had a copy of our pictures and our music, and she asked us if we were, explained why it was important to do that, and sold us an external drive and set it up to automatically copy what was important to us. Two weeks later, we went to turn the computer on, and it gave us an error message right when it started. We called Cindy back, and she told us that our hard drive died. She replaced it, and put everything back the way it was. We had pictures of our kids and grandkids and music that we had copied from our CDs. I don't know what I would have done if we had lost all of that!

She had it up and working within 15 minutes, so she performed maintenance and optimized the performance. Our computer has not run this well in years! She also told us what had happened and what we should do if it happens again so we don't have to pay additional service fees, which I appreciated. We would definitely recommend her to a friend, she was polite, friendly, and professional.
