Excellent job! All ducts are cleaned like brand new! Also offered a complimentary unit cleaning. Dan is so professional, kind, frank and patient. Appointment is very flexable and easy to schedule. As a first time homeowner I have many questions regarding HVAC system, Dan answered all my questions and concerns patiently, and provided much thoughtful advice. Moreover, I was thinking about adding the dryer vent cleaning, but after checking out the vent Dan genuinely suggested me not waste money on it as the vent is pretty much clean. That was so kind and honest. I'd highly recommend him and will definetely hire him again!

Your mileage may vary. The contractor attempted to locate the dryer vent duct but had trouble, given the construction of my townhouse. He used a brush that attaches to a drill, but didn't succeed in cleaning the vent completely. In fact, I have reason to believe that it made things worse by moving the list all the way to the end of the vent. I sent a message to the contractor at the time of the payment, but did not hear back.

Serge of Ozon Air Duct Cleaning came to clean out my clogged dryer vent. He arrived on time and was very professional and polite. After showing Serge where the dryer and outdoor vent were located, he went right to work. There was quite a bit of lint removed, but Serge left nothing behind!
