"(Removed members name) I have been calling you every other day. And I get your voicemail. You live 15 min from my house I can come over almost anytime to do the service."
"Hello [Member Name Removed] I do apologize, as a business owner you hope that the people you hire are doing right for your company. I made a couple bad hires lately and it has reflected in my customers overall satisfaction. I take my business very personal and I will personally do my best to make happy. The employee that was handling your job was let go for these issues that you have experienced. Please contact me on my cell 215-221-2314."

"Hello [Member Name Removed] I do apologize for the experience not being of "A" quality. I found that I made a bad hire and I am addressing it and making a change for the new year. Please keep us in mind for future jobs and I will try my best to bring back that "A" rating quality"
I spoke with Steve from the organization on 3 different occasions. Steve is a very nice person but my experience with the company showed a lack of professionalism. My first conversation was promising but it went down hill from there. The first appointment we set up, no one showed up and no one contacted me for a few days. I reached out to them and was told there was a mix up between 3 people at the company and they all thought the other had gone to the property to give an estimate. We set a new date with a promise Steve would be there by a specific time. Again we waited and no one showed up. I have not heard from them since. I tried contacting them and got a message indicating the person I was trying to reach, which was Steve, could not be reached at that number. I'm not sure what happened and am very surprised at the response level since the initial contact went so well. I have not had very much success with contractors for the past year or so. I'm getting the impression no one wants to work. Some of them don't bother to call or don't bother to show up for appointments. This has happened twice and MrRoofPro made the 3rd time. Does anyone know a good reliable roofer in the Delaware Country area?
