Mr. Contractor has my highest recommendation!!! Here are some details. * Excellent Communication!!! From the beginning to the end, we always knew what was happening next. On a weekly and daily basis, I was informed who would be working that week and/or day and what they would be doing. As a woman, I felt my questions and concerns were taken seriously. Ken, co-owner and project manager of Mr. Contractor, and his team take professional service very seriously as Ken, would often say our overall goal is to please the customer. Indeed, they did! *Very well managed large project finished on schedule!!! Our project was a complete basement overhaul and new bathroom on the first floor. From a new dug out cement floor to sheet rocked and painted walls, enclosed closets, open shelving to new vinyl flooring and a separate utility room our basement was transformed! I still get tears in my eyes as I walk down the basement stairs!! *Excellent quality of work by seasoned craftsmen!! Mr. Contractor has their own permanent crew of workers that have 15-20 years’ experience working with the family-owned business established in 1949. I was very impressed with their apprentice/mentoring approach to developing their team of craftsmen someone with less experience worked closely with an experienced craftsman. *The work was reasonably priced and negotiated. All materials were included in the price *Workspace was always clean and orderly!! Having had a couple of renovations done before, I’ve heard contractors say they clean-up at the end of the day, but nothing compares with Mr. Contractors team who not only thoroughly clean the workspace, but also organize their tools and materials for the next day!! They also removed any debris and trash daily. *I cannot emphasize enough how smoothly our project was managed, the quality of work by Mr. Contractors team of crafts people, and the attention placed on listening to our needs, concerns, and feedback as clients.

Mr. Contractor is amazing! Wouldn't use anyone else. They have done work for us multiple times and they are very responsive, do excellent work quickly and efficiently, and clean up afterwards. Their people are also pleasant to work with. We just had a dishwasher leak that flooded our kitchen floor and cabinets, and even seeped into our living room. Ken, the owner of Mr. Contractor came immediately, remediated the immediate problem, and arranged to have his people quickly come out to repair the floors and cabinets. And the work is perfect, as always with Mr. Contractor.

The best thing about working with this team is that if you show an inspiration picture you are going to get what you want plus more. We moved into a home with very little character and showed the team inspiration photos from Instagram for the bathroom, living room, dining room and they exceeded at everything. Only thing I have to deal with now is friends trying to copy everything in our house--a good problem to have.

The painters arrived on time and went straight to work. They were very clean and careful. They used covers to protect my home. They were very friendly and courteous. Willing to answer questions. And the paint looks great. My house looks great.

Working with Barry of Mr. Contractor, Inc. on a previous project, I reached out to him to get siding work done on my upper portion of my house. He was very professional, gave me a schedule as to when the work will be started and completed. His team done a wonderful job, was very professional and polite. I cannot praise Mr. Contractor, Barry, and his crews highly enough. We had to remodel our bathroom and kitchen after a major plumbing disaster and had no idea where to start. Barry guided us through each step with with amazing empathy and patience. The demo work was done with care and efficiency, and all the construction and remodeling work was exquisite. We live in a funky 100+ year old row house with scarcely a right angle anywhere. Mr Contractor 's crews managed to rebuild walls and floors and install cabinetry with exacting precision. They found numerous artful solutions to surprise challenges old houses invariably present. They consulted us on every variable, and explained design and construction choices clearly. We stayed in the house during the remodel, and every day the crew left the spaces tidy and livable. They went out of their way to minimize dirt, dust, et cetera in other parts of the house. Barry came over every day to review the work. Our entire experience with Mr. Contractor was fabulous. We're planning a basement renovation for next year and are already planning to hire Mr. Contractor to do it.

Excellent work and great service. We are new to the area and needed a company that could professionally handle several updates and repairs. The whole team from Mr. Contractor was professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable. Ken and all the contractors were very helpful and they completed multiple jobs on our recently purchased townhouse. From roofing, plumbing, brick masonry and carpentry, they easily handled all the work. I highly recommend Mr. Contractor.

Ken was great! He's professional, collected, and clearly very knowledgeable. We're first-time homeowners and he took us from 0 to finish and was there every step of the way. We needed old carpet taken out, new hardwood put in, new toilets, windows, and shower valves. We also needed stairs refinished and a lot of odds and ends. His price quote was right in the middle of a few other contractors we talked with which gave us confidence we were making the right choice. We had an incredibly tight deadline of just under a month and they still made most of it happen (minus items we had to wait to ship). Ken made himself available at almost all times of the day to answer questions or provide suggestions. Overall Ken is great to work with, we're going to keep working with him!

Mr. Contractor was above and beyond professional in all aspects of the project! They brought a can-do attitude to my unconventional request, essentially transforming how my home lives and increasing value! Every single aspect of the project exceeded my expectations, and I am a perfectionist!

I happily retuned to Mr Contractor this year for my kitchen Reno after a successful Reno in 2021. Kenny led the team again. Dave, Ed & Danny were here for all the prep, install of floors, window, cabinets, handles, crown molding, drywall and probably 10 other things, all handled absolutely beautifully! Chad skillfully took care of electrical. Danny did a beautiful paint job. I worked with countertop and cabinet professionals who were very helpful and plumbers who were well skilled. The Tile guy was great and Willie was in and out to keep the trash under control. I am especially grateful to Rob who always seemed to be around to fix or problem solve whatever issue needed to be dealt with. l was very impressed with the professionalism they all exhibited! The crew was always on time, and always respectful to me and to my home. They handled every request. Communication was always open. A kitchen Reno was much more complicated than I realized and Mr Contractor is a well oiled machine that anticipated and coordinated my project and completed it ahead of schedule. I am extremely happy with the end result!

The entire process with Mr. Contractor from start to finish was very professional and I could not be happier. They were on time for both the initial consultation and then when they came back to complete the work. They described everything in detail in a way that I could understand about the work that they were going to complete. They even recommend work that I wasn't aware was needed that made perfect sense. They were such a pleasure to work with. A few hours after the work was complete they called me to follow up to see how everything went with the job. It was perfect timing as there was a small task from the job that was not complete and I was able to schedule a time for them to come back to finish the remainder of the job (only about a 10 minute job left to complete). They even said that they usually send someone out to the job to take a look just to be sure that everything was complete to our liking. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Contractor for any projects that you may have.
