we called mike at 930am, and he was able to fit us in later that day. granted, our problem was relatively simple, but he showed up on time, was courteous, honest and fair. the workmanship was great and i am no longer afraid that our electrical system was a fire hazard. i would definitely use him again. There was absolutely no fear that he would be another "no show" contractor.

Mike arrived on time (both for the initial visit to get an estimate and when he came to do the actual work) and worked very professionally. We were installing new French doors and he installed the exterior lights and moved the interior outlets/switches around the new opening for the doors. He had to work with/around the contractors that were installing the doors and he was very cooperative. He worked the whole day and left his work area very clean, everything looks great. I would definitely work with him again.

Mr. Finacaro, who works alone, responded promptly to a voice mail message left on his cell phone asking him to visit and provide an estimate for the work to be done. He suggested alternatives for the date and time of the visit. A date was agreed to, and he arrived as scheduled. He made valuable suggestions for purchasing the spots, including several suppliers and types of fixtures. The exterior fixtures had already been purchased. When all of the fixtures were purchased, Mr. Finacaro was contacted, and a date and time for installation was set. He arrived precisely on time, worked with efficiency and a professional demeanor. It should be noted that two other electricians were contacted for estimates. An office worker for one responded, saying the electrician would arrange a visit to provide an estimate, but no further response was made. The second electrician never responded to a voice mail message. Mr. Finacaro was both responsive and highly professional.

Michael checked out all my other electrical needs and gave me expert advice on alternative solutions to otherwise expensive obvious ones that I will take him up on in future.
