I was contacted promptly to schedule. There was some confusion with scheduling resulting in the technician coming earlier than expected, but it didn't end up being an issue. The technician was professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in one day. Would definitely recommend this company.

very informative, friendly, quick service

They were great from start to beginning. Our A/C unit was not cooling our house where my mom lives with me and she is 71 and has bad astma. They came out and we're here one day and fixed fan blower but really it was the compressor. The boss and his worker came out next day and it took awhile but it's fixed and working great. Very patient and very nice.

I scheduled an appointment late in the evening for the next day. They arrived on time and also kept me advised of their arrival starting a half hour before they came. They were pretty good!

The entire company is wonderful. My AC had stopped working. I had asked another company to come out (I had used before) and was promised for 3 days, never showed. I called Jeff and he had Rocko come out that same day. Found the problem and was out first thing the next morning with the part to complete the job. They also set a followup to make sure everything is working properly. I have cold air now. Thank you

Being a licensed general contractor, I was very impressed with Jeff’s professionalism and knowledge of HVAC systems because that is not my specialty. Jeff was able to determine what the issue was very quickly and correct it immediately, He also provided recommendations for future services that would be needed due to the age of the system. I would definitely recommend Jeff and his company for their services, and will be calling on him to do work for my company as well.

Very professional. Prices are reasonable. Did not leave until the problem was fixed. On the first visit, system did not re-ignite properly, so Jeff came back right away showed me where/why a part was needed and ordered it promptly. We set up a second call for the part installation, cleaning, and tune-up. Also recommended what to do for properly maintaining the heating system. Will definitely continue to use his services.

Jeff did a great job installing a new heating and air conditioning system in my home. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. He was very knowledgable and worked diligently to ensure it was completed and up and running in no time. We had an amazing experience with this true professional. He was here when he promised. And he promised "We won't leave until we find the problem", and guess what, he didn't. They had to leave to pick up parts and came right back. He also explained to me and my husband what the problem was, and offered us good tips about maintenance.
