I have so many great things to say about Mechanical Monster. They came to my house to fix my furnace the night of a cold snap, ended up staying late into the night in order to make it work (the furnace was so old they didn’t have the part for it but made a way to fix it to get us heat through the night). We ended up needing a new system and they made it happen fast, but the work was also high quality! Their contractors are polite, professional, knowledgeable, and left my house clean. I feel so much better knowing I can count on them for all my HVAC needs. Two thumbs up for Jeff and Rocco, they’re the best!

The service was great and I felt really taken care of. My fairly new furnace was cutting on and off just before cold snap. They got there the next morning. The technician thought he had if fixed without installing a new part. But it went off and on again that night. The person taking the calls made sure they were there the next morning with a new switch. Feel toasty now that it is only 30 degrees.

From beginning to end, the customer service was remarkable. Didn't feel rushed into anything. They never tried to oversell. Promised a day and time and kept their word. Owner was knowledgeable, honest and explained everything in full detail. Crew cleaned up after themselves. Didn't charge for a follow up dispatch when another issue arose.

Great results

I hired Jeff and he came in Sunday at 9pm and worked until 1:30am with my oil furnace burner. He swapped several parts and fixed the problem. This was an emergency call and he was successful in getting my heat and hot water back. Thank you!!

I could not delete my previous review, but the company is very accommodating. They said the fired the bad apple so I'm sure that the team they have now is the best. I will highly recommend them now they take customer review and feed back seriously. You know the saying a few bad apples ruin the bunch, they got rid of the bad apple so now the bunch is not ruin they are fabulous.

I got them on the wrong week because it was rescheduled twice. But other than that they did the service I wanted.

I hired Mechanical Monster to replace a circulator pump on my old furnance. The mechanic was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and friendly. He installed the new much more efficient pump but also replaced a corroded thermocoupler. I live in an older house and he was able to provide clear explanantions of what the problems are and what causes them. I will be hiring them again come spring to service my ac unit. Definitely recommend.

The repairman was was very professional and did a great job of explaining the problem to me. He was honest in his assessment of the problem and did not try to take advantage of someone who knows nothing about repairing air conditioners. He worked quickly and was thorough. I would definitely work with this company again.

The repairman was friendly and courteous and explained each step he was taking to solve the issue that needed repair. He did not unfortunately give me the cost of the repair prior to completing the job. Also, the soot from the ac unit left on his boots caused heavy bootprints on my basement rugs which I will need to shampoo out.
