MARKEE REMODELING

Jim - the owner, is always super responsive when we call him. We have been using Markee Remodeling for 10 years or so, personally & professionally. Prices are always reasonable and the quality of products and craftsmanship are excellent. There have been many times he has offered more cost efficient products beyond our knowledge & expertise. This company is impeccable when it comes to understanding & deadlines, especially if you have an emergency & we have had several. They have come on site as late as 10:00 pm on a Friday night after just finishing a job, only to start on our repairs early the next Saturday morning. We have used utilized their services for : complete demo, insulation, sheet rock, painting, minor & major electrical, some minor plumbing, trim work, crown molding, minor caulk, major caulk (kitchen & bathroom), water/storm damage/flooding - interior & exterior, bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, tile, cabinets, fixtures, tubs, showers, basins. Even when vacant, all work & services have been left clean & safe which is extremely important to me. My structures were always secured. Professional behavior conducted from start to finish by Jim & his work crew. We've used him residentially & professionally as we own rental(s). Quite often, it can be stressful finding a reliable & trustworthy contractor. I know I can count on him even with elderly close family to honestly & professionally do the work required.

Jim is an exceptionally personable and conscientious contractor. He was very careful about detail and backs up his work 100%. My friend recommended him to me after he did a wonderful job remodeling her home. She was taken advantage of by other contractors and was ready to throw in the towel until Jim came along. I will definitely use him for other projects in the future.
