Mann Properties Community Development Corporation

Mr. Warren and his company, Mann Properties Community Fevelopment Corporation worked on plumbing and a shower at my rental property, 6128 N. 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19141. There were inconsistencies with showing up for work and having the job completed by his company. The shower is almost finished but has not been corked. One of the tiles at the bottom of the shower is cracked. I notified Mr. Warren last month. My tenant has not used the shower since he worked on it. I spoke to Mr. Warren last month and asked when he would have either himself or his workers come back and finish the shower. Mr. Warren said there was no reason why my tenant could not use the shower. I told him you could not use a shower that has a cracked tile and which is not corked or sealed to prevent water from getting under the tiles. The living room sealing was repaired after there was a leak from the shower above that was revealed when Mr. Warren and his company were repairing the shower. He stopped the leak but never came back to have the living room ceiling sanded and painted. Mr. Warren told me to have it done by my handyman and he would pay for it. I did have the ceiling repaired by my handyman recently and informed Mr. Warren of the cost. He is no longer responding to my calls or texts. My tenant complained that Mr. Warren showed up to her house with individuals that she believed he hired on the spot at a local Home Depot. There were different languages spoken and new faces each time he came. I was under the impression that this was a reputable company. You can hire a few new people to expand your team, but new people every day? Apparently, you don't have a team
