Good unto the deliverance Horrible !!!!! Would never do business with them again . Frank the manager is ZERO help . They can’t do nothing. Just want ur money which I paid and thought I was going to get good service. Unfortunately the service was less than ___________ I should have went somewhere else. After my quote , the price went up. I paid it because they charge u for the sq ft if the rug not the sq foot of what ur actually using. (This is called waste) which chargers me over $500 of rug that can’t be used . NEVER AGAIN!

Original quote for tile and labor was much lower than final quote (final was double the original). So I canceled the order.

We dealt with three providers in this process.
1. The selection of the vinyl. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, understood our criteria, and helped us choose exactly the right vinyl, in price, durability, and appearance.
2. The measurement of the floor area. The man sent for this part of the job was prompt, efficient, skilled, and courteous.
3. The installation of the new flooring. The company provided an expert independent contractor. He was technically expert, easy to work with, and efficient. It took a day and a half. He replaced the wooden sub-floor, installed the vinyl and coving, removed the debris of the old flooring, and cleaned up. 
All-in-all the entire process went smoothly and we are happy with the outcome. The workers we interacted with were a pleasure to work with.

Outstanding as usual from the price to the workmanship. Have always used them for my flooring needs. Had carpets installed 15 years ago with a lot of speciality work done. Great price, Great job.

They service went very well.  They were professional, timely, informative and cleanly.

An insufficient quantity of porcelain tiles was ordered which was not identified until installation was going to begin. There was also confusion as to the count for different sized pieces required for the selected pattern. Since the pattern was selected from a sample floor area in the store with different tile, it was not discovered that the pattern could not be replicated with the selected tile. This delayed the work for both bathrooms for almost a month, but the installer was able to create a similar enough pattern to satisfy me. Installation of the marble tile went without a hitch. Take note that the installers can make or break the outcome of the final appearance regardless of the selected tile. I was lucky to get a very creative person that cared about the outcome and my satisfaction.

The showroom is well-stocked and salespeople are very helpful. Personnel performing the measurement and prep activities were prompt and respectful for their appointments. Installation was tedious but quality work. All personnel were easy to deal with.

Their labor was lower and they did an excellent job. I spent approximately $3000 for their services. I was really impressed by the knowledge of the person who came out to do the estimation. I found their prices in reference to another company to be quite a bit lower. The gentleman who came out was really knowledgeable and gave me a lot of help in what needed to be done. So, that’s really what made me decide. I received a recommendation from my dentist to use Lomax Carpet and Tile Mart. They did beautiful work. They were polite and professional. They didn’t rush. When they needed more time, they asked me if they could have more time and we worked it out. They were diligent. They told me things that you wouldn’t know about. Their price was so much low and they had a little coupon online. They had a 20% discount on labor. They gave us a lot of options. It was a $25 coupon, but the 20% on the labor was a lot. Their quality has been excellent so far. I had some carpet that had to be kicked back. I thought that I am never going to get them here again, but they came out and did the carpet work, which was good too. It was all within the time frame. Sometimes it’s hard to get people back out for small jobs. They called me and kept me informed. It was a good experience as much as an experience of doing your floors can be. So, I was pleased. They were here and they stayed all day. They took only a 20-minute break. In fact, I will have them back to do future work.

They were very good. We found a remnant that was almost precisely what we wanted so we didn’t spend much money on it.

Mixed-price seemed good but on further research, there are other companies offering the same prices. It is a warehouse so there is plenty of selection. You need to go to the warehouse to pick out the carpet. I was promised a am installation. At 10:30 AM on the supposed day of installation, I called and found out that the installers were just loading their trucks and would be at my house by 11:30 AM to 12 noon. I had to reschedule due to previous appointment in late afternoon. I was given a bit of a hard time about rescheduling. Charged me for the felt padding on the rise of the stair but as is the industry standard, it was not installed there.

THEY DEFINITELY HAD THE LOWEST PRICES FOR CARPET PRICE AND INSTALLATION. I ALSO USED THEM LIKE 20 YEARS AGO FOR ANOTHER HOUSE I HAD.

EXCELLENT WORK. DEPENDABLE. GOOD PRICE.

THEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVE OUT OF THREE OTHER STORES I WENT TO, THEIR CARPET WAS BETTER QUALITY WITH LOWER PRICES. THEY CAME WITHIN THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY HAVE INSTALLED TWO OTHER ROOMS SINCE, WITH ONLY ONE PROBLEM WITH A DIFFERENT INSTALLER WHO WAS SENT BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND HAS SINCE BEEN LET GO.

SALESPEOPLE WERE HELPFUL, BUT NOT OVERBEARING. INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE.
