I Requested information concerning a roof inspection and certification from a third party referral site, and within fifteen minutes I got a call back from Antwan, one of the owners of JZM Roofing and building contractorâ s. I made an appointment for the following Monday at 2:00 pm and Antwan was right on time at 2:00. He inspected our roof and wrote out a certification on the spot before he left. The charge was fair and dealing with Antwan was pleasant. I highly recommend this company for your building and roof inspection needs. Iâ m sure that they are good at all other aspects of the building trade just from what I saw with my roof inspection.

Very reliable and professional company. Responded to request literally in minutes, and came out for inspection/estimate on the scheduled date. Antwan and crew did the repairs that were needed in a timely manner, but did a thorough job. He answered any questions I had, and took the time to take before and after pictures of the work. Would definitely recommend, and would hire again.

Team performed a roof inspection shortly after I purchased my first home. They were on time, extremely professional, and easy to talk to. The issues they found were consistent with my home inspection, but much more detailed and he explained the issues plainly. Antwan answered all my questions, and spent time with me on the phone walking thru the repair quote and scope of work. I found him very knowledgeable, practical, and honest. Great customer service.
