They removed our very old, very heavy furniture.  They did it quickly, and there was no damage to our walls or doorways. They were very professional and very flexible about scheduling.  It was quite a relief to have the furniture removed, all our efforts to give away the furniture came to nothing, so they were a godsend.

It went great! On trash removal day the crew called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and conveniently they were able to start earlier than scheduled. The removal process was quick. The crew were exceptionally polite and professional and made every effort to remove all of the items safely. I will definitely use this firm again.

Aaron made time to come out to our home the same week I called to schedule service.  He was very professional, arrived on time as scheduled and they cleaned out our entire basement and garage in less than 30 minutes!   This was much faster than we could have ever done on our own.  The basement is now cleaned out and ready for our contractor to begin refinishing the space!  I would definitely use Junk Be Gone again!!!

Aaron and Pedro were friendly, professional and very efficient.  Two of the pieces being moved were so large that two doors had to be removed from their hinges in order to get them out of the basement and out of the house.  This was done quickly and without complaint by these two gentleman, and the doors were replaced just as quickly.  We were completely satisfied with their work and intend to call on them in the future.  Highly recommended!

I was selling my mother's house and cleaned out 50+ years of stuff but had a truckful of various junk that needed to be taken away that could not just be left out for the normal trash pickup. A team of 3 men including Aaron came to do the job - they were very quick and efficient, professional and courteous.  They cleaned up the area once they were done also.  The truck was 45 minutes late (really not their fault that an earlier job went long), however they called me well advance to let me know which I greatly appreciated and also only charged me for half a load in consideration. I would definitely use them again.

Aaron and his two man crew were a little late in arriving.  I had neglected to give them my number so they were unable to call. They were all very pleasant and made quick work of hauling off a variety of items from small appliances to yard waste.  They were very cordial and did a wonderful job.  I am already finding things for their next hauling job.

Two young men arrived on time, after they called to say they were on their way. My "junk" was quickly loaded on their truck  My receipt was e-mailed to me right away and I was able to use a coupon.  Would definitely use Junk Be Gone again and would not hesitate to  recommend them to anyone.

With 48 hours advance notice I got appt. time I wanted to remove wet rug and furniture (2:00 Saturday afternoon in South Philly)from basement. 2 workers showed up at 1:50 pm and completed job in 40 minutes.They worked cleanly and expeditiously without damages.If needed, I would hire them again.

The guy came in and gave me an estimate of $590 but did not give me a written estimate and when they came to do the job it was double the cost.  When I asked him about it he said did I give you a written estimate? At that point the job was half done. They are good, prompt, quick and get the job done but he had no qualms about cheating me on the price. Get a written estimate from that creep.

"This is one review I have no idea where this customer is coming from. I arrived for the estimate and let her know she had a full truck worth of debris to be removed. That is $564. We have no $590 price so that price would have never been quoted. We then showed up to do the job and more and more items were added to what was originally in the estimate. When we arrive for an estimate, the customer shows us what is to go and we provide the cost for removal. When there are additional items added after the original estimate, more space in our truck is going to be used, hence the price going up. The price with [member name removed] was quoted and agreed to before anything was touched. We never start a job without the customer knowing what the total will be. For [member name removed] to make these claims is hurtful and confusing. She was very happy and pleased with our professional, hardworking crew, and made no mentions of the price. She knew very well that she had more than a load to be removed, in addition to the room in the back of the basement that we demolished for no extra charge. Furthermore, [member name removed] used our service after that to remove some furniture from an apartment at the building and remove fixtures from the windows which is beyond our scope of employment. Still, at no extra charge. She again expressed thanks and appreciation for our professional service, which further confuses me about this bad review. Our prices are lower than most competitors in the local market. And our crew is always friendly, professional, uniformed, and upfront with all our pricing. We always provide free written estimates for customers who want them to compare with other companies. In [member name removed]'s case, she didn't care for a written estimate but instead just scheduled for the work to be done. I built this company on the foundation of professionalism, honesty, and customer satisfaction. I will not stand for such negative remarks from a customer that was very pleased with our service and smiled in my face. That is a very nasty thing to do to a company. If she was so disgusted with our service I don't think she would have used us again with all the competition around. Her remarks are completely unfounded and dishonest."

I received a confirmation via email from the company the day after I made the reservation. I then re-confirmed via email. Exactly at the appointed hour, I received a call from the head of the crew that they were two blocks away from my house. Talk about punctual! When they arrived, they quickly sized up the job and before I knew it, everything had been loaded on their truck. Junk Be Gone disposes all items responsibly. Aaron called in advance and arrived exactly on time with 2 other workers. They were very helpful, efficient, and courteous. They picked up all the old carpets from the various bedrooms and made sure to pack everything neatly in the truck. Actually, we had quite a lot of debris and I was originally worried that it wouldnt fit in one load. However, Aaron went out of his way to pack everything very tight into the truck and he was able to fit everything in one load (saving me a significant amount of money). He is obviously very honest and efficient and I will definitely use them again.

The 3 gentlemen who came were polite and removed everything quickly and efficiently. They arrived a little early, but called to let us know that and asked if it was alright. Some of the items were quite heavy and awkward but they removed them with no problems. They even moved a recliner from our living room down to the rec room also. I would definitely call them again, and confidently recommend them.

The crew arrived very promptly. They commenced to haul the unwanted items from the basement. In one hour and fifteen minutes, the basement was empty and swept. The crew then removed the washer and fridge. As it is a very small house and a very large fridge, the doors had to be removed from the fridge, the basement, the foyer and the front door. The guys did this very professionally and then rehung the doors. As an added bonus, when the foyer door was rehung, it closed properly-which it hadn't done in years. Thanks guys! definitely be recommending this company!

From the time I contacted company by email to the time they arrived at my house, less than three hours had passed.  They had a large couch and chair removed from basement in no time at all, along with some scrap yard from my yard.  They even put my basement stair railing back in place, even though they were not the ones who removed it.  I would recommend them to anyone.
