Description of Work: Replaced entire roof; did great job. Have used them twice on different properties and would use them again without question. Trustworthy; looked for ways to save money; highly recommended, and also really nice people.

Description of Work: Roof had a lot of rotted boards and about 3 layers of roofing material on the flat roof. John removed all damaged wood and replaced it with new and installed new roofing material. An amazing job was done.

Description of Work: I have hired John for two jobs. The first job was some minor roof repair. All of the other roofers tried to sell me on a brand new roof, which I didn't need. John was the only one who gave me the truth. When my roof was damaged again from hurricane sandy, I called John right away. In both instances, the price was fair, and john's crew did the job promptly and professionally.

Description of Work: Job went perfectly. We had a leak and fixed the leak and put a temporary repair, and when the boss came out, he said that the roof should last 25 years. It was very nicely done.

Description of Work: Mr. Roccia had done work on my roof this past fall 2010. With this last heavy snow storm (last week of January) I noticed numerous icecles forming on my gutter protectors. I did not observe this type of icing before the roofing work, so I called John Roccia on Monday, Jan. 31, 2011. He said that he would stop by on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, weather permitting. Well, despite the ice storm on Feb. 1, 2011, John did stop by and check the roof. He told me that the icecles I observed were to be expected with the water freezing in the gutter. He noted that he had the same type of icing on his house. Relieved that there was nothing wrong with my roof, I wanted to pay John for traveling 15 miles to check my roof. He said, "no," that he "wanted to make sure the roof was all right." Mr. Roccia is a consummate professional whom I would recommend to anyone who wants a first-rate job done at a fair price.

Description of Work: John came out to look at my roof and give me an estimate. I have had a leak issue for some time. He was extremely honest and helpful. He actually took the time to explain how I could do the job myself and made a list of materials to buy and where to buy them. They don't make guys like this anymore.

Description of Work: John Roccia covered a flat top roof, a porch and a back roof with a 2-ply rubber roof, replaced shingles on the back bay of the house, added new drain tubes and rain spouts, new facia board and metal capping. He covered every detail necessary to make the roofing a solid and perfect job!
