Joe Pagano

Meeting Joe Pagano was truly a stroke of luck -- my husband and I had been searching for a home in Philadelphia for several months, and happened to meet Joe at one of his open houses. We chatted briefly about what style of house we were looking for, Joe offered to do an MLS search for us, and by the next morning he'd sent us a compilation of listings that were all exactly the style of home that we were searching for. We were very impressed by his ability to select such a great sample after speaking us so briefly, and our appreciation for him only increased from there. We were both VERY up on new listings (searching all the time on http://realtor.com, etc) but Joe often beat us to the punch, emailing or calling us about new listings before they'd hit any search engine. Then, if we expressed interest, he was able to set up a showing immediately, sometimes within hours (we were often the first people to see a property). Joe always responded extremely quickly (within 30 minutes or an hour) to any messages or emails we left for him, and was very patient about answering all our questions about everything from the paperwork to the home inspection to the process of making an offer. He also was very effective in communicating with the seller and her agent, speaking with them frequently to answer any questions that came up, and making sure that we all were on the same page. And in addition to his professional skills, Joe is also a really nice guy -- very honest and forthcoming, and a pleasure to do business with. We just finished closing on a house (one of the ones Joe found before we could) and couldn't be more grateful that we had the chance to work with him. We highly recommend him, and while we hope not to sell the house for a very long time, if circumstances change, he'll be the first person we call.
