They are thorough, professional, great at what they do, consistent, and excellent with communication. We have had a few house cleaners prior to hiring JG&A and none were even *close* to as great as they are. My husband and I talk regularly about how fortunate we are to have them. We highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreIn the end it went really well, despite me not using this business. I don't think deals are a good thing for me. I have used many businesses on Angie's List and have not been disappointed.
Description of Work: I wanted to update my negative review. I was unhappy and concerned and didn't want to use the services through the deal purchased. I made a decision with email contact to not use their services. This is my issue. I think we both misunderstood or were not aware of the Angies List rules/limitations. Angie's List was prompt in their response to me and clarified the rules. What I want to say is with contact with Angie's List and this business, due to me be unhappy, they were both very responsive and made attempts help me out. I have received my money back, in fact the check was hand delivered to my home. My hesitation should not reflect on this business and their quality of services. I was not able to check off boxes to reflect my particular situation. Angie's List and this business has gone beyond whatever I would have expected to satisfy my concerns. I don't want my concerns to reflect negatively on the business. I am not in to email, social media, etc. So, my decision reflects how I like to do business.

 + 0 moreThese people were fabulous. Three people arrived so they were there for about 2 1/2 hours. They moved furniture, cleaned baseboards, wiped the inside of the windows. The bathrooms were spotless and they even cleaned the microwave. They were efficient and very pleasant. I plan on having them again.

 + -1 moreVery well. These ladies are top notch! They arrive on time, they are extremely polite and work extremely hard. They clean places I didn't realize needed to be cleaned! I would highly recommend them. I have asked them to come back and hope to have them clean my parents house too.
Description of Work: I just had surgery and needed the house cleaned. They did an awesome job! Didn't rush out at a certain time-worked until it was clean.

Description of Work: They did an absolutely thorough deep cleaning of the entire house - including walls & baseboards, , interior windows, fridge, freezer and oven! We were here the whole time and the of three were pleasant and congenial and HARD WORKING. We were thrilled. We also hired them to come and clean for us once a month to start next month - they are a GODSEND!

 + -1 morewow... just wow... She with a 4 women crew and went right to work. Went through the entire house with very matriculate attention to detail. They spend a decent amount of time and did a wonderful job. My wife is pretty anal about this stuff and she was extremely happy with their service. Trying to see if we can get them to start a routine cleaning.

 + -1 moreJomarys and her team were great! They showed up on time, were very professional and pleasant. We have four dogs which can be a handful but they worked around them with ease. They spent about 4.5 hours (3 people) cleaning our 1800 sq ft house from top to bottom. They even changes the bed sheets if you want! Everything looked and smelled great by the time they were done. It was nice to enjoy a weekend not having to clean the house which is why we are using them on biweekly schedule going forward.
