The company installed engineered wood floor on behalf of a construction company. Product was already low quality from the beginning. Jerry Wood Floors put the cherry on the top by installing also broken pieces, covering up the broken pieces with glue, and placing many pieces far from each other.

Very unprofessional - was late or rescheduled every meeting and then after finalizing pricing went AWOL.
