James was very professional in dealing with us on our HVAC project. I was surprised that the estimate he gave did not include sales tax which turned out to be in excess of $600. I thought the price was the price. Also, the SEER rating I was given at agreement. (14) turned out to be (13). A few install issues which were promptly corrected before payment was issued. Perhaps giving customers a choice of which unit/ manufacturer â theyâ would like would be helpful.

I requested a quote about 9:00 pm the gentleman called me around 9:15pm . He was very flexible and honest . Once we confirmed and appointment that fit both our schedules he came on time and replaced my heater heater within a hour . He was great.

I needed a hot water tank. I checked Home Advisor that day and chose James and Family Renovations because they were able to see me the same day. They were here within the an hour and worked quickly and neatly. The price was comparable to the two other companies I called (one which never called back) and they even showed me the brand new tank with the tags still on it that they already had on the truck. I would highly recommend them to others.

I had no hot water and needed the water heater replaced I called another plumber who said it would take a week, but James was there in an hour with a new water heater. About an hour after that he had the new one installed, the old one out, and I had hot water. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I am very pleased with the service from James and Family Renovations. I placed a quote estimate for a hot water heater replacement at 10:30pm. He called back at 10:45pm and was at my house with a new unit by 9am the next day, on a Saturday. He did the job quickly and effectively. Best of all he was very affordable and honest. I would strongly recommend him.

James arrived on time explained what he was going to do and actually finished very quickly. He even removed the old equipment from the house unlike the other plumbers I contacted.
