The roof was only 2 years old but the previous roofer passed away so we lost the warranty. We contacted Craig and he was a wonderful sales person... offering to fix the roof for about $800 but a brand new rubber roof for $2500 including a 12-year warranty. We asked for silver coating to reduce heat in the summer. He pointed out a large area of standing water in the center and he was going to fix that as well - providing photos of the water and warning of ice/snow that could cause the roof to cave in. He completed the work and was paid. Less than two years into it we had a few leaks and it took some convincing for Craig to come out and look at it. At first he blamed our gutters and the second time he blamed "soggy wood" in the dormers that caused the leak ... though the dormers sat about 2" lower than where the water was dripping (does water flow upward) Over $5,000 in damages to the interior, Craig decided to bring in his adjuster -- naivety set in and I thought he would submit it to HIS insurance... but he wanted to file a claim with ours! The Claims Adjuster wanted me to pay him 35% of the claim ... he'd have our hardwood floors on the 1st floor (leak was on the 3rd floor) refinished... carpet replaced... everything that wasn't damaged so he could pad the claim and make his money and "put a few dollars in [our] pocket." I said no... Finally sued Craig in Philadelphia courts (all available online) and won within 5 minutes of him opening his mouth. Awarded $7,000 which Craig has yet to pay.

Craig is a good salesman. The roof on the kitchen he recommended I replaced has been an ongoing problem. I requested that he come check it out. Last winter he came out, put a little bit of caulk on the drain box. The problem only happens when there are large amounts of snow. I called him this past fall to let him know we are selling the house, and that the same problem has occurred and I need him to fix it. I called atleast 8 times before getting a response. It took him over 3 months to get out to see us. He used a little bit of caulk, which I could have purchased at Home Depot. He also used some broken foul Spanish, which I don't believe he knew I spoke this language. We went for the final walk through to find a large leak. The new seller was not happy. I sent an email to Craig letting him know this. The end result was that I had to spend $1,000 out of my pocket to sell the house. I have been more than reasonable and gave him the opportunity to respond before reporting him. I thought he cared more about customer service than he appears to.

They are very good. They have done a lot of different things for me. I have troubles with my many roofs. He works with his wife. They are both very nice people. They are very responsive. They bill you for exactly what you get. They are pleasure to work.

They were great, they were on time, they showed up when they were supposed to do, they did the job well, they cleaned up nicely, and it was a fair price.

They did a good job. They worked really well to accommodate us buy only doing half the roof where the problem was. We are calling them back to do the other half.
