They receptionist to the plumber were all very helpful and professional I will use them again.  I did call them again when my kitchen faucet started to leak.  I was very satisfied with that job too.

Guaranteed Plumbing was called to clear a sidewalk drain next to our house ($99) and they left a month warranty for the job. Not three weeks later we had sewage backing up into our basement. We called Guaranteed Plumbing at 4PM, they first promised us a call back. When no callback materialized by 5PM, we called again and were informed by their answering service that all the plumbers went home. We got a local plumber to re-clean the drain the next morning and a Guaranteed Plumbing van showed up by the afternoon, the workers were given the wrong phone number by the dispatcher. We sent Guaranteed Plumbing a certified letter asking them to honor their guarantee (we had to pay the other plumber $175 to re-do their work), but we never heard back. If you need to have a sidewalk drain cleared, call John Anderson and skip these clowns.

My new ToTo toilet stopped flushing properly shortly after I moved to my
new condo, and shortly after holding a party.  I assume something
was flushed that shouldn't have been.  I was unable to unclog by
plunging.  Called Guaranteed, they came promptly as scheduled. 
Serviceman both snaked and plunged toilet.  In a few minutes the toilet was
working.  Serviceman was very professional.  He cleaned up when
finished.  I'm very pleased with the service and will use them again, if
necessary.

he arrived 1 hr. after called - it was an emergency, they were forecasting torrential downpours in that afternoon and 1 hr. after he left we got clobbered . my driveway to the garage slopes downward pretty bad , would've flooded my rec room and the neighbors . Thanx Guaranteed Plumbing

I called Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating Inc For a Remodel Job. They were quick with a reply and professional in all dealings. Due a Scheduling issue on my end I did not use them to perform the job. But based on our interactions I would call them back and use them in the future

They were very professional, did a good job at a good price. They cleaned up after them selves.

The company responded very quickly and Harold was very informative and nice.  Harold came out twice and when I signed the contract the very next day the furnace was installed right before it snowed.  The men that installed the furnace Joe and H were friendly and very good.  They cleaned everything up and there was no mess.  I am very pleased with the service and I would use the company again!!!

Got another quote from another plumbing company and Guaranteed came in under $1000 less.  Guaranteed not only replaced the pipes, they widened the outside drain opening and installed a new drain cover.  They also replaced two shut off valves inside the garage without charge.  Well, let me tell you when Hurricane Irene struck Philadelphia, I didn't get one drop of water in my basement and I think it was all due to the drain work that Guaranteed did.

In November 2010, I called about both the sink and tub drains being clogged in my upstairs bathroom.  The plumber said it was probably caused by damaged pipe under the floor in my upstairs bathroom.  When the floor was dug up, the pipes were found to be rusted, leaking and deteriorated.  Guaranteed replaced all the underground pipes in the bathroom and the tile floor.  They finished the job on time and did a beautiful job.   Guaranteed also got me in touch with an insurance adjuster who handled the claim with my insurance company and the whole job didn't cost me anything!

August 2011 - I had arranged weeks before for Guaranteed to come out to replace my kitchen sink and garbage disposal this past Saturday.  This was the same Saturday when the weather forecast was for Hurricane Irene to come through the Philadelphia area.  When the plumber didn't show by the 8:30 a.m. time he promised, I figured it was due to the weather.  Well, at 12:00 noon I got a call from Ray from Guaranteed that he was running late and would be out soon.  I asked Ray if he still wanted to come out due to the weather report and he said without hesitation absolutely. 

Ray and Ariel arrived shortly thereafter and immediately got to work installing the sink and garbage disposal.  They completed the work within an hour and a half and did a great  job. 

 

 

Did not hire them due to high estimate.

This contractor gets mixed reviews from me. The quality of the plumbing work was fine, but the drywall work was not good. They really messed up our wall with the sloppy plastering job they did. On top of that, the sewer pipe is still exposed.

This job took about 6 hours to complete. The sheet rocking in second bathroom was not done very well. One day later we heard water rushing down the shower and had to call them back to fix pipes and fittings which had not been installed correctly. They also had to re-open up the second bathroom wall and re-sheet rock again. They also had to be called again to fix toilet that had been installed as it kept running water. They also never advised us that there would be a 18 x 9 hole in the tile when they were done with the shower.

THIS COMPANY RETURNED MY CALL IMMEDIATELY (WITHIN 10 MINUTES). THEY ACCOMMODATED MY WORKING HOURS WILLINGLY AND PATIENTLY. THEY STATED THEY WOULD ACCEPT MY VISA CARD AS BOTH A DOWNPAYMENT FOR THE ORDER OF MATERIALS TO BEGIN THE JOB IN THE AMOUNT OF 300 DOLLARS AND AGAIN AS FINAL PAYMENT OF 425 DOLLARS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, VERY POLITE, ON TIME TO THE EXACT MINUTE. THEY CALLED BEFORE COMING OUT AND THEY WERE COOPERATIVE, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND WERE RESPECTFUL OF MY PROPERTY DURING THE JOB. I NOW HAVE HEAT IN MY HOME AND NO MORE LEAKS IN THE GARAGE, TO THIS DATE. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON DECEMBER 13, 2004. THEY ARE ALSO BILINGUAL. I AM NOT AN EXPERT ON PRICES, HOWEVER, THEIR ESTIMATE WAS THE BEST ONE I RECEIVED OF TWO COMPANIES AND I COULD NOT GET ANYONE ELSE TO DO THIS JOB FOR OVER TEN MONTHS, FOR SOME REASON UNTIL I CALLED GUARANTEED PLUMBING, INC. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN.

SERVICE WAS COMPLETED FAIRLY QUICKLY ONCE ARRIVED. NO FURTHER ISSUES WITH DRAIN. REASONABLE RATE CONSIDERING OVERALL PROBLEM.
