It is never a good day when your air conditioner breaks, especially during these trying times . I’m not one to write reviews. However, the outstanding service provided by Goodman Plumbing compelled me to write this. They were out within a couple of hours. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and even wore a mask. He had my air conditioner running in no time . The cost for repair was extremely fair. I HIGHLY recommend Goodman Plumbing for all your air conditioning and plumbing needs.

I thought ok, but 3 men arrived 2 to check out heater/AC & 1 to fix toilet. I had purchased the new toilet handle & accessories, except for new flap. I paid $165.00 for heater & $1,55.00 (with Angie's list discount. The work was ok, but I doesn't take 3 men to do the job I wanted done. Also, think it was too much money.

"We are very upset and concerned that you didn’t have a good experience with our services. When you scheduled your appointment to inspect and service your heating and AC system you where given the cost of $165.00 before we arrived. The service was performed and the system tested and you paid the quoted price. We also gave you a upfront quote to repair your Kohler toilet. To supply and install new toilet fill valve a new supply line ,and a Kohler flush valve flapper assembly. We also installed your toilet handle. This work was performed and warranted for one year. The bill was $155 with the discount coupon. In reference to different technicians performing the services unfortunately not all of our plumbing technicians perform service on Air conditioning systems. We always give fair upfront prices for all our work . All work is performed by qualified experienced technicians. Thank You Robert"

The two workers were prompt and professional. They worked efficiently and cleaned up up all debris. The knew what they were doing and finished in about 4 hours. They were respectful and courteous. My family is grateful to have our bathrooms working again.

I got a call from the service tech, Nick early in the morning. He was at my house and ready to go within about 20 minutes. The price I was given was about $100 less than my next lowest offer. Nick was very professional and had the job done in no time and everything looked great. As an added safety bonus, he included a carbon monoxide detector at no additional charge. I couldn't be happier with the service and the tech, Nick, who did the job for me. 10/10 I would hire again and will definitely recommend in the future!

From the moment I called Goodman, to the end of the repair, Goodman plumbing and Nick H were literal rockstars! I literally cannot thank them enough!! They are amazing, quick, kind, professional and know what they're doing! They are experts in all things plumbing! They fixed my shower in the snap of a finger and I really can't recommend and thank them enough. If you need a plumber call and request Nick because no one in the city is better!

Referred to Goodman Plumbing by a neighbor, who also needed to replace an outdoor hose bib. She passed my contact info to them when she arranged service. They were very responsive. Contacted me and set an appointment for the next morning. Frank, the tech, called and arrived after finishing neighbor's work. Showed him what we would like done. I agreed to have him proceed based on verbal quote. Did a nice job. I did notice that after installing the new outdoor hose bib, which was connected to an existing cold water supply line inside the house, he did not insulate & seal the hole/ opening through the wall. I can see daylight through it. I'll fill with spray insulation. Also, left soldering debris in the cabinet under existing sink. Otherwise, satisfied with work. Pricing was in line with quotes for similar work.

Plumber came out to see the condition of the heater. Many problems were found so client op to have heater replaced. The old one was taken out and workers will return the next day the install the new heater. I am always impressed how they come prepared to fix the problem the same day they arrived. This time it would only take one day to order the new heater. The plumber are always very knowledgeable about their profession and are kind and friendly.

Goodman Plumbing was the 2nd company to contact me after my Angie’s List inquiry. I asked for a estimate after receiving what I thought was an outrageous price from a major home improvement store. I received a reasonable estimate from Goodman plumbing and an appt. was scheduled for the following day. The plumbers arrived promptly, the next morning. They were professional, respectful and efficient. Joe answered all of my questions and explained how to regulate the temperature on the water heater. Excellent experience!!!

Elderly Abuse Alert!! Frank from this company showed up and quoted an unreasonable rate for a toilet seat & bidet install. As a critical task before a patient with a broken hip was being released next day, this low life thug took advantage and quoted my 80+ year old mother 500 dollars. I wanted to discuss but he threw her phone down and wrote a quote, and left the house without explaining to her. The company may be fine for "privileged" folks but we know an abusive racist and a thug when we meet one. For Christ's sake and humanity, the abusive nature of the visit and Frank's violent behavior could only be perhaps tagged to our brown skin? I am so confused why a 5 start company would behave like this for any reason???

"I’m sorry you felt you had a bad experience. We where scheduled for a free estimate,we arrived on time to look at a installation of a special toilet seat with a bidet built into it. They our quite complicated to install especially since the installation was into a old one piece toilet. The valve needs to be changed and special tee fittings added. Frank gave the estimate to the homeowners Son by phone and left a estimate at the home. ($485 for labor and parts ) and was told if it went faster then anticipated he would discount the labor. Most plumbers would not attempt to install the bidet to a old one piece toilet .they would recommend a new toilet to simplify the installation. We our always polite and friendly. Thank You Robert"

Plumbers came next day, assessed problem and started to work. They were the cleanest workmen I have ever hired. They were able to refer excellent tile man and adjuster. They needed to make holes to access pipes and take up tile floor in bathroom and shower. Referred tile man finished tile work; they also were top notch and my late grandfather was a tile man.

After flushing my toilet at noon and finding the water leaking out of the gasket, I called Goodman Plumbing whom I have used in the past. I was going to schedule for the next day or two but asked if someone could come out this afternoon. I was told they would check and I received a call within the hour from Nick who told me he'd be by in a half hour or so. Nick arrived right on time, was personable and assessed the situation. My toilet is 70 years old and he told me I needed a new toilet. The gasket was pretty much shot. I was distressed as I have a custom gray bathroom with a gray toilet that looks like new despite being 70 years old. I asked if there was any way we could save it for a while as I don't want a white toilet. After some discussion, Nick told me he would give it his best try but could not guarantee the service and I would have to pay even if it didn't work. I was willing to take the chance knowing that I might still have to get a new toilet. On the first try, not so lucky so Nick left to pick up a part he thought would help. Second time was a charm! I am grateful and when I do need that new toilet, I will definitely request Nick's service! Super nice, honest guy!

Calling their main office is a waste of time. The ladies cannot give any general status, thus your only option is to keep waiting... They don't understand when the customer describes the problem, thus they sent the wrong people to fix the problem. With additional waiting, they finally sent the drain cleaner, who ultimately fixed the problem. The sewer was clogged due to roots. The tech wanted to leave without clearing the drain, yet request full money ($285) for the work, even without fixing the problem. When I was about to call the office, he called his manager. Luckily, under his manager's encouragement, he went the extra mile to clear the drain. The problem was resolved.
