The toilet was leaking due to an old and rusty valve and i could not shut off the tap to the toilet as it was stuck. I called Goodman on Thanksgiving Day the 27th and the lady quickly answered. I was surprised that there was a live person to answer on Thanksgiving. We scheduled to have someone come out the next day. Sure enough next day morning Stan and Jessie from Goodman were at my house by 10:15am. Stan looked at the toilet and explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote. After getting the Go Ahead from me, they bought the new valve and flapper. Jessie brought a bucket and while Stan was removing the old parts of the toilet, Stan made sure that the water drained into the bucket and not all over the bathroom floor. Stan fixed the tap that was stuck in no time. The new parts for the toilet was replaced quickly. Stan made sure to clean up and take the old parts and remove all waste. All in all it was a pleasant experience. They even gave me the $50 Angie's discount. I have their magnet on my refrigerator and will surely reach out to them in future. Thanks Goodman.

They came, checked the problem told me the results and the price, did the job. They were suppose to fix the pressure problems I was having but changing the faucet didn't accomplish that. I was given different solutions, I opted to wait until the holiday was over before having more work done. Meanwhile I tried one or two things that were suggested and I have full pressure back.

I would absolutely use this company again.

First off, I called at about 7pm and they were at my house the next afternoon. EXCELLENT! John came and was professional and personable. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness when he decided to snake the drain from outside (in snowy freezing cold weather) so that my bathroom wouldn't get splattered with gross sewer liquid. I paid $145.

They came out within 2 hours of my emergency call on a bad weather day. Cleared the drain efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

The plumber was friendly, and happened to be in my neighborhood when I called (they have several out roaming around the area I imagine). So someone was at my house within an hour. Can't beat that. He was able to clean the drain line at the outside trap, so the whole process was very smooth. The drains are running great now. All lines were backed up before he arrived.
He also gave me a $25 credit since they have all kinds of $25 coupons floating around.

I can't say enough good things about Goodman Plumbing.  They are professional and knowledgeable and perform quality work.  I recently called them for a very large job - to replace the trap and pipe leading from my house to the city sewer main which had started to crack due to the material and age and clogged due to debris and something that had solidified in the trap preventing the waste water from flowing to the sewer. They came out and inspected the pipe using a scope. They showed me the problem and explained how they would fix it. They gave me a fair price.  They worked with my schedule and did the work quickly. They also replaced my cracked toilet and the trap to my leaky tub.  They cleaned up after each job. I've dealt with several of their plumbers at this point and all of them have been friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.  There was a mix up with the work to be performed; however, we were able to resolve the issue quickly and amicably.  I highly recommend Goodman Plumbing and will use them in the future.

I called at 920 - they were here by 1030 and the whole thing was fixed and they were out the door before noon.  Excellent responsiveness even on a busy day.  The guy was nice as was the person that initially answered the phone.

Plumber assessed the problem, and was very efficient in fixing things.  He conducted himself as a professional.  He listened to my concerns and gave knowledgeable responses to my questions. Will certainly call this company again for any future plumbing problems.

Two very professional men. George did the removal and connecting while an apprentice assisted George. Both were excellent to deal with. The work was done to absolute perfect standards.  I grew up in a hardware store and have met all sorts of trades people. My father could also do anything the right way himself. While I would not have done this myself -  I do know good workmanship. This was done to very high standards - better than most workman I seen anywhere. In fact, I've had other work done by Goodman - and they seem to only deal with really good workmen who can deliver high quality. This was no place to shortchange oneself. Worth what I paid knowing that it was done right.

The installation when well and to my expectations. John and Austin were on time and very professional and courteous. And were also very respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. 
I will definitely be using Goodman Plumbing again in the future.

I called Goodman Plumbing in the morning and George and Jason were at my house that afternoon. They replaced my kitchen faucet that had been leaking and my master bathroom faucet that had been leaking after giving me a quote. I also asked them to take a look at my downstairs bathroom toilet that had been running. George made an adjustmen to the lever and fixed it at no charge. George also gave me a discount from the Angie's List coupon without my asking for it.George said I will need a new garbage disposal in about six months and I will have Goodman Plumbing replace it based on their fast response time and work.

I phoned Goodman at 7:30 am to ask about their drain clearing services. I explained the issue and I was told that they'd have someone out in a few hours. At 9 am Ryan called to let me know he was nearly at my home. Ryan was courteous and explained what he was going to try and he let me watch, because I'm into knowing what's going on. He talked me through the process, gave helpful tips on maintaining the drain and successfully cleared my drain. He credited me for the Angie's List coupon and he made no mess. It was a great experience and I will definitely call Goodman again for my plumbing needs.

Late on a Saturday night, we had the ceiling in our first floor dining room sag and, ultimately, fall as a result of water damage.  Since it's directly below the second floor bathroom, we pretty quickly identified that as the culprit.  We turned off the water flow to the toilet and drained the tank, but there was still water leaking from somewhere. 
We called Goodman and they answered right away, which was nice on a Sunday.  They said they'd have a technician call back, which I assumed would take 20-30 minutes, but it took five.  They had a couple of guys out within a few hours to look at the problem.  They identified it quickly and fixed it easily.  They took the time to check to see if the leak might be coming from any additional areas, but didn't find any evidence of that.
For a last minute call for service on a Sunday, the price was reasonable and the service was terrific.

I thought the plumber was very knowledgeable, and the service was good. But I'm just just going with someone else because the quote for some other things that needed to be done was to high.

I ended up having to request an earlier service time. They did their best to accomodate me. The drain experts came out and made the necessary repairs. The owner himself called me later in the day to make sure everything was to my liking, I was very impressed by that. I would recommend this company in the future.

Called as an emergency due to water leak. Called back quickly and came on time. Very pleasant and professional and explained what was happening thoroughly, including estimated cost of repair. Had issue with one toilet and came back promptly and fixed it.

Job went very well. Crew called ahead to inform me of their arrival time. They arrived on time and immediately went to work. They identified the problem and made the necessary repairs.  They were very professional.

Fantastic! Very professional service, arrived promptly, was courteous, explained in detail the work that was performed, and charged a fair price. Above all cleared a drain that another outfit claimed could not be cleaned and wanted to replace the line, unnecessarily at a cost of thousands of dollars.

Excellent service and is highly recommended.

I recently bought a new house that needed a new water heater. Because we have a power vent, prices for the heater and install are much higher. Goodman gave me the most reasonable quote, showed up a day later, and did the install without any problems. When they were done, they walked me through what they did and why, and made sure I knew they were available to come fix the heater should any problems arise. I was impressed and happy with the service. It was more than we wanted to spend, but Goodman was still the best price we found.

The company was extremely quick to return my phone call and send someone out for an estimate.  During the estimate, they were able to identify the problem that was causing leaking in our basement and make a recommended course of action.  The estimate was reasonable, actually much less than we expected, and they were on the job two days after we called them back.  The two people that came out to do the work were very professional, worked hard the whole time they were here, and explained the work to us well.
