They were very professional, price was right. They gave me a breakdown of each job.

Generation 3 was very customer focused and I definitely plan on using them in the future. I had an emergency situation where part of my house was without electricity and they were very caring with in my experience is unusual for a contractor. They returned my calls promptly and did what they could to get to my house as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Generation 3

He came out quickly, diagnosed and solved the problem. I asked him to come back to do some additional work, and am waiting to schedule a time. thank you

I was very impressed with Jeremy's timeliness. They told me between 8 and 9am and he was sitting outside at 7:30am. Wow, that's impressive. Once he came in he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of his skill. He was neat and clean and very helpful with explaining installation. It was indeed a pleasure to have him in my home and I would definitely call Generation 3 Electric for any other electrical needs that we may have. He even recommended a contractor for my sheetrock job. I will definitely be calling them again when it's time for my sunroom which Jeremy recommended a ceiling fan for that room also. They were VERY accommodating! They worked around my many cancellations (due to work) and when they did the work, it was reasonably priced, professional and quick. They had to work in a very challenging environment and they were great about it. I'm going to use them for future projects.
