I was looking for an investment property in Temple University for some time. I use specific formulas and ratios when I screen investment properties. I contacted a number of realtors yet no one seem to find me properties using the number criteria that I was looking for. I happened to run across Gabriele when I drove by a block in Temple asking about one of her listings. She was always very attentive and listened very well to what I was looking for. I was actually very skeptical and didn't use her on the first deal that I looked at though. But she was very attentive and kept in contact with me to see if we could do business together and eventually on my next deal (after the first deal fell through because of a bad realtor!) and Gabriele went to work finding me decent properties. Definitely she got bonus points with me because shes an investor herself and the needs of an investor are very different from that of a first time home buyer. From the moment we got into contract on the property she was attentive to the deal like a pitbull. She was super helpful during the home inspections pointing out a number of things to pay attention to that the Home Inspector himself didnt catch like issues about termites and flooring. Also, she helped us immensely in the financing process as we worked with Trident Mortgage and she used her contacts there to get a great deal on an investment property loan. . Our loan, also got closed within 30 days (not the typical 45-60 that it takes) and Gabriele helped to move things along. I kissed a lot of bad frogs when I looked to get into investing in Philadelphia, I'm sure I had contacted upwards of 30 different agents from Nov 2010 to August 2010 trying to close my first investment loan and Gabriele was by far the best of them. I totally recommend her, especially to anyone who is a real estate investor.
