All they did was the capping, they did not do the window and they did nothing on the roof, I had a home inspector come out and they said he did not do anything up on my roof whatsoever. My garage leaks now my side wall gets wet Then for the steps, they did not put the framing work up so it was not connected, steps are held up with nails underneath, they are not attached correctly so they swing back and forth. Then he went up my main roof, I had a leak that was leaking into my one bedroom and he went up on a roof and he he said he did some extensive work up there but he was on the roof for only an hour and the leak was not fixed

This company did a roofing & siding job for my next door neighbor a few years back. They could not say enough good things about them! I had this company replace my roof & gutters in 2011 and they did a good job for me. That's why I called them back again. The job took 2 weeks and 2 days, 2 days more than estimated. But I was fine with that because of their attention to detail. They arrived promptly at 7 AM every morning and got right to work. Chris and Brian, two brothers, did all the work themselves although Pat Adams, one of the owners, showed up to help them place the big bow window. They didn't take any money until the job was done. I told the owner that if I ever went into the siding business, my first move would be to offer Chris & Brian more money and hire them away!

They were excellent.  They did a great job on the roof and they helped me with my claim to my insurance company.

They were really professional and they gave us a really competitive price. The quality of the installation looks really nice. They were awesome. I would absolutely use them again. They were really good.

I received four estimates prior to choosing Francis X Adams. In their favor they came highly recommended from a coworker. When the owner Brad arrived for an estimate, he was professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and extremely polite. In fact he was the only one who physically brought out a sample window with him to demonstrate the features of the window. During his presentation, I could tell he really believed in his product and stands by it with an extensive warranty.

After much consideration, I decided to give the job to Francis X Adams. Within 7 days of sending in the deposit, the windows were ready and we scheduled the job for the following week. So from date of deposit to completion of the work took just two weeks.

Brad said they would start the job in the morning between 7:30-8:00. From my experience in the past when a contractor says they will be out there between 7:30-8:00 that usually means from 8-8:30. To my surprise, the first installer arrived at 7:30 sharp to start prepping and followed soon behind by the remaining crew with the windows. The crew made up of three men were extremely polite, friendly, professional, competent and worked diligently. I could tell early on that these guys paid attention to details and performed quality workmanship. I knew that I had made the right choice. And the quality of the windows, as wells as the aesthetics was to my liking. Also, I could tell early on that these windows will go a long way in saving me money on my heating and cooling bills. 

Another thing I really liked about the install was they way in which they trimmed out around the border of the interior of the windows. In fact I liked it so much I asked him to trim out my other windows that were just caulked around the interior perimeter of the windows by a previous contractor a few years back. And what a difference it makes in the appearance of the window.

When the job was completed it was as if they were never there since they did such a tremendous job of cleaning up. In the world of home remodeling you have many choices but I can tell you this, you can't go wrong by choosing Francis X Adams to replace your windows. My only regret is that I did not know about them when I had work performed about two years ago by another contractor.

From beginning to end the experience went smoothly and without a hitch and I would highly recommend their services to my friends and family.
   

A year ago our next door neighbors used this company to replace their roof.  They had a good experience and recommended them highly.  We decided to use them for our roof.  There were three men working on our job.  They were very prompt and easy to work with.  Our yard was cleaned up well when they were done.  Basically we are very happy with their work and the appearance of the roof.  They also replaced a gable vent at no charge.  No money was collected until the job was complete.

The workmen were very professional. The job took 3 days, as estimated. They cleaned up fully as stated. We experienced a small leak at a vent pipe due to old roofing adhesive.  They responded promptly and repaired it.  They gave a followup call to make sure all was as expected.  Overall we were very satisfied with the workmanship and materials.

It well excellent! They were terrific. I've never dealt with anyone that was as good as they are. They listened to everything I asked and did everything that needed to be done. They were very clean and it just went very well overall.

All phone calls and appointments were kept on time. The work was done quickly, and cleanly. We could not stay home with the workers and everything was clean and in place when we got home from work. I mailed the remainder of the cost and we were finished. A great no hassle job. The BEST job.
