I called to their manager and they scheduled me right away on my convenient time! I was surprised how they did their job. All my stuff was wrapped and taken care of!

Ordered 1 small box after having had PODS previously. I unfortunately thought it was the same product. Nothing could be further from the truth.
I received 4 boxes after having ordered ONLY ! and let the company know I didn't need 4 boxes. But they never picked up the other 3.
They charged me for all four. Unfortunately, my responsibilities at work increased dramatically and my spouse took over the bills at this time and didn't realized we were being charged for all four.
The boxes are POORLY made plywood shells, covered in tyvek type product that is velcroed on over the outside.
COMPLETE JUNK! Doors did not close properly, and the tyvek cover kept coming off. Exposing the contents to the weather.
Company NEVER answered emails, or phone calls. Charged me a boat load til I cancelled the credit card.
Total waste of money and time. Owner is rude and condescending.
I would NEVER do business with them again. Got my stuff out after much arguing and got a real POD, which is clean bright and
properly constructed and works!

I think it would have paid me to pay more for boxes that had metal-clad exteriors and slide up doors rather than swing doors and vinyl covers. I also had to get the Angie's List Complaint Resolution team involved in an effort to finally get rid of the boxes. It should be noted that one of the company's principals had advised me that they had to let go a number of employees due to the economic downturn.

Overall well. They were supposed to deliver the boxes ON the move day, and had it wrong in the calendar. What seemed like a real annoying situation was handled wonderfully by the company, and they footed the bill for all moving expenses, for the materials in the boxes.
