They are very satisfactory. This is another "A" rating firm that we've used and I can certainly vouch for them. It's not heating and plumbing. They're basically a fuel oil dealer, but they do air conditioning and gas. The company actually bought our original dealer maybe 15 or 20 years ago, but it's a continuation of the service that we've used for 40 years. We use them because they're dependable, they have good people and they are there when you need them like if our furnace breaks down, which it hasn't. Basically we're very satisfied with the service. We would definitely use them again.

It went well. He is always on time and was able to fix my burner up to my standards.

This is not a review about outcomes. This is a review about process. Our heater had a bad switch. Heater switches are tricky, so when Haab replaced the switch, we asked why it was failing. They didn't know, but had a temporary switch put in and would have a replacement part in a day or two. It failed within 24 hours and when we called they said the permanent switch had not come in. When we called back several days later, they were unaware that the heater was not working. This is because FC Haab doesn't followup on customer satisfaction. So my wife waited a few more days for the part and called again. They didn't know when it would be in. One cannot be sure, but she felt a man would be better to call, so I did. Replacing the part would not be enough, I wanted to know why it failed. They replaced it again, 5 days after the first one failed. Five days later, it failed again. I've called another, better rated HVAC company to remedy my problem AND MANAGE MY EXPECTATIONS.

We have used this company for the 2 years we've owned the house, and have always had great service guys and they were very responsive to our (1) heating emergency in the middle of the night. And this tune up was no exception- John was very friendly and explained what he was doing. We were more than satisfied with his work.
That being said- they never call to confirm their appointments. When we signed up for the silver service, they had us fill a card out with dates that we were available for an appointment- never called to confirm that they could do the tune up at that time- and just showed up. Luckily, we happened to be at the house. It's frustrating that they don't do a better job of communicating with customers, but overall we have been very happy with the quality of the work.

They were very good. I am pretty satisfied with their service.

They have continued to deliver oil automatically without any difficulties or prompting. We also have a service contract, and they come clean the heater annually-they seem to be extremely thorough and nice, and are flexible with the timing. Once I called them to figure out how to turn the fan on and adjust the thermostat, and they walked me through it on the phone.

We're very satisfied with this company. They come when they say they will and do the work quickly and efficiently. I pay them annually for the service.
