My heating unit would not start right before a cold front was coming in. Rey came out the same day and for a very reasonable price fixed the problem. I was told last year by two different technicians that my system would need to be replaced but Rey, after doing some maintenance, told me it will be fine for a bit longer. Will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Rey gave great service, he went over and beyond my expectations. The transformer in my central air conditioner wasn't working. He replaced it and found out the wiring was bad. Instead of him telling me to call an electrician he did everything. His assistant, Theresa, was fantastic also. First time calling ep210 but if needed I will call them again.

I had a wonderful experience with this company! The owner Ray with his assistant worked diligently to find out the correct problem with my HVAC system. I had numerous problems. He found them all, fixed them all... my home now feels like A freezer, and we love it! The 1st HVAC tech that we hired gave us a false diagnosis at a extremely high price, we wanted air so we paid him, the air still was coming out warm, with him adding Freon that wasn t needed he added to my problems! EP210 came along and fixed everything for a GREAT price!! And waited around to make sure everything was up and running correctly! You will not be disappointed if you choose this company! My family is beyond pleased and blessed to have found this company!! Thanks again guys!!!

I requested a quote online early on Saturday morning for service that day, and within a few minutes I heard from Rey at EP210. After a message discussion and phone call, we agreed he would come out between 11am and 12pm to service my air conditioner. It needed the coils cleaned and likely some coolant. Rey also indicated he would do a differential reading to ensure things were working ok. He clearly explained what a differential reading is. Rey and Teresa were prompt, friendly, and hard working. The coils were filthy and they did a great job of cleaning them. I needed a bit more than 1.5 pounds of coolant. The entire service ran $243, which was significantly less than what the provider I had been working with was going to charge. Rey and Teresa were great, and Iâ ll be using EP210 for annual service check ups.

They gave me more information ahead of time than any other company. Gave me an appointment sooner than others. Very friendly, punctual and reasonably priced service. My air is working like new.
