Overall, the experience was good. They were professional, quick to respond, reliable, and worked with my time-frame.

Overall I am very happy with them (Andy was my contact). They charged nothing to transfer the service (which the same cannot be said for other companies) and charged the same amount per month as my previous service ($25/month, $300/year). Andy was prompt and very knowledgeable about the system (this was a vast improvement over my last company). My only request is that they would have spent more time on correcting our motion detector (rollover issue from our previous provider). With that said, I would recommend Emergency Response to anyone.
