It went fine at first. He came to inspect the damage and gave his plan to address it. He made the repair. The problem came when the roof began to leak in the same spot he claimed to repair. Getting him to come back out was a battle. When he finally came back out, he didn't bring a ladder to inspect the damage (he came in a suit?!?). He said he would come back the next day with a ladder and he never did. We had a contentious exchange via text (because he hangs up on you by phone). After we found our original contract/warranty we called him back again because we didn't want to pay someone completely different. He came back out (without ladder again) and looked at the damage caused by the water on the wall and ceiling. He said he would return 2 days later for the repair. He called my wife and told her he came but no one was home and he did the repair anyway. I WAS HOME. He LIED. When I called to ask him he got upset and hung up the phone. His work is not reliable. He is not professional. His word is not worth the warranty he will give you.

I called Elvis after getting a reference from the local hardware store. He came out and gave me an estimate to repair a hole to my roof left by weathering. He came out and hastily patched the roof one evening, in the dark. He assured me the work was done with high grade material and that it would look excellent in the light of day. He also said that all his work was guaranteed and that he would come back if there was any issue at all. I took his word for it and paid him in cash, receiving back a receipt with a hand written note that work had a "life time guarantee". In the morning I saw how terrible the work looked. I called him and asked for him to come back out to blend the work into the rest of the roof, but he stopped answering the phone. Now I need to have a real professional come out to fix it. Def do not trust this guy.
