Tony was professional and unbelievably prompt! Originally they weren't going to be able to get to my job for a few weeks, but I got a call from them and Tony arranged to come out much sooner. Tony stayed in touch with me, followed up, and made me feel very comfortable. He did everything that he said he would do and did a great job. I am in New Mexico, so I was not able to meet him, but I was impressed with his intergrity and how much care he took with me. I have nothing but praise for Tony and his company! He is honest and trustworthy. I will use him again in the future for another house that I need help with. I trust that he would be there for me right away if I needed anything! The amount of trust for the company and Tony was that of a doctor patient relationship. That's how much trust I had and how significant it was for me.

They fixed the problem for me promptly. They were able to get the part needed ordered for me under warranty. They did charge me for a service call for both visits since they didn’t have the part on hand. I understand that there is cost associated with the second trip but didn’t feel it was a fair price.

We had good communication with this company about scheduling and answers to our questions on their estimate. They had the best price of the quotes that we got. After their initiall visit to provide a quote, we got a follow-up visit to verify some details of our installation. We were happy with the installers, who were very careful about moving the old and the new furnaces through our basement, and have been satisfied with the performance of the new furnace.

It was easy as pie to make an appointment, they were punctual and courteous, which made it an absolute joy to work with them!

Contractor arrived and was very courteous and punctual. He listened to our concerns and looked at our water heater. Prior to beginning the work, he addressed all of our questions and provided a detailed description of what would be done with prices. The work was done in a timely manner. The area was left exactly as it was prior to the start of work.

On the appointed day, Tony came out with a helper, removed the old heater and installed the new one. In the process he re-did the return, hooked up the dehumidifier and, as promised, serviced the two other heaters. The two men were neat, efficient and professional. Later, I had trouble getting the AHRI certification for the rebate, Tony e-mailed it to me in a day. As well, when I had problems registering the heater for the 10 year warranty, Tony said he would take care of that and send me confirmation. All in all, I was impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness and skill of these folks. I would heartily recommend their services to anyone.

The performed the service well, but I had asked to be put on their schedule for both fall and winter services in the future from then on. They never called to schedule. I just don't want to use someone who I couldn't count on.

It was hard to find someone that would tune-up an oil burning boiler. Some companies don't do it at all, and some that do offer this service will not do it if you don't buy heating oil from them. I was relieved when ECC said they would do it for me and they scheduled me in the following business day. They were on time, very professional and polite. I'm very pleased with their service and will use them again next year when it's time for a tune-up again.

They did a great job. They were on time, they respected my home, they got in and out without any issues. Everything works great!

The building is a 3 story twin converted to commercial offices. 1st and 2nd floor are zoned together. Last June, Tony from ECC installed a new heat pump/AC for the 3rd floor replacing a noisy furnace with a quiet and efficient model moved into the attic. This was a $6,700.00 job including all equipment and labor. The difference is amazing. The noise from the system is barely noticeable making the 3rd floor a pleasure to work in. Tony and his help were prompt, careful and professional. After moving in, we noticed that there was quite a differential in temperature between the 1st and 2nd floors. Tony found that what appeared to be a 2nd floor return was not pulling any air from the 2nd floor. With very little disturbance of the floor plan, Tony installed a new return and it has made a difference. Tony is cheerful and willing to discuss and explain the reasons for what he plans to do. I recommend him highly.

The technician (who was also one of the owners) arrived on time. He listened to what I thought the problem was, and then we out to the unit to observe for himself. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot. He was thorough, gave me advice about how I could improve the air ciculation in my home and even helped to insulate a few leaky spots in the closet with the main AC component. I would definitely call them again.

My experience with Tony was very smooth from start to finish. This was pretty amazing considering it was smack in the middle of Hurricane Sandy. He was able to get the heater in within one week. Not only did he do that, but once he got into the job, he realized he had to replace duct work. He did and he didn't even charge me for it! Wonderful experience and I will continue to use this company for all of my heating and plumbing needs.

It was easy to order online @angie's list. When my husband called to make a appointment they were very nice and also thorough on the phone. The first appointment was the day after Sandy hit. So when the service man came we had no power. He was very pleasant, and just suggested we call once we had power to reschedule. Again they were very nice on the phone and the next appointment went off without a hitch.

Tony and his team did a wonderful job with installing our new heating & AC system. They were on time, worked very efficiently, completed the installation within 8 hours, and left the place spotless. After a long day of work, Tony took much time explaining the new system to us. We also had a very good experience with negotiating the price and scheduling the work. Ed explained in great detail the heating/AC options that were available to us. The company also installed a water heater for us and repaired our old AC system a while back. We consistently had a very good experience with the company. The quality of their customer service is also excellent.

I felt that the negotiated price was fair. The work was completed in one day and the guys were professional, neat and answered all my questions. My only issue is that the original date was rained out and it was more than three weeks later that I was rescheduled. Despite that issue I would use East Coast Comfort again and would recommend them to my neighbors, have already in fact.

As indicated above, I have every reason to believe that East Coast Comfort, Inc. is honest and competent. I will hire East Coast Comfort, Inc. for my future heating and air conditioning maintenance and service needs.

Got here at 8:00AM and worked till 7:00PM, were very quiet and cleaned up afterwards.

They were great. This summer they installed a multi-zone (2) Fujitsu ductless system in my home. I live in a townhouse in Center City, so, the way the HVAC works it doesn't cool very well on the 2nd and 3rd floor. I love these new multi-zone ductless units and am so happy we invested in them. That was July. So it is now November, and our furnace was out and I was so happy that I had these units on the 2nd and 3rd floor, because they heat as well as cool. And, regarding my furnace being out, I called East Coast Comfort to come and look at it. They came the next day and fixed it right up, for $100 which seemed very reasonable. Tony came, and I think he's the owner, I love that he is so involved, makes me feel like it is a really legit and honest company. Definitely a great company, I highly recommend them. And, by the way, I also definitely recommend the multi-zone units if you live in a town house and have the same issue of AC not hitting the top floors.

The price was highly competitive, the workers were clean, considerate, showed up as expected and completed the work with no issues are additional charges from the estimate. The estimate as itemized so we could see how the total cost was decided. We are extremely happy with our new furnace and it has been running for 3 months with no issues. We are pleased with the work completed and we would gladly recommend East Coast Comfort to our family and friends. Great job!
