Dick is a real pro and a tireless workman. He is very organized, and he is a great problem solver. The work on my house took over a week, and each day before he left, he cleaned up the entire work area and put his supplies in a neat, out-of-the-way place. He respects the homeowner and the house, and he is very careful to protect the house as much as possible with dropcloths and protective coverings. I once had a carpenter working on my child's room who left sharp screws all over the floor, as well as debris, so I particularly value Dick's attention to detail and the fact that he's a true and quot;neatnik.and quot;

Dick Gelzinis has been working on my house for almost 20 years, and I have recommended him to friends and neighbors. They have all been satisfied and repeatedly called him back for additional work.

He is on time, both in his work and estimated job time frame. I trusted him with my keys without regret. He did extra work, where he saw it was needed, that wasn't on the original contract and didn't try to charge me more for these things. He didn't expect payment until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. I am getting ready to hire him again to do some more interior painting on a different home.
