COMPLETE HOME REMODELING

I contacted this company because of the good reviews on the list. Lonnie showed for the estimate appointment (although he asked me to call him on the day of the estimate to remind him about the appointment because he was very busy). He seemed sort of rushed while reviewing my projects, and only spent about 15 minutes looking at everything while other carpenters had spent almost an hour due to the size of the jobs. As he left, he said he would need to bring in one of his carpenters to look at two of the jobs the next day. I never heard back.

Lonnie and his crew were unbelievable from beginning to end. He showed up when he said he would, and left our home immaculate every day. The subcontractors that worked with him were equally prompt and courteous. He started early and finished early (the whole job). He always showed up with a hearty greeting and has such an easy manner. Each very minor issue was addressed, often before we asked. We are looking forward to working with him again and would whole heartedly recommend him to others. He frequently stated that a happy customer is his best business strategy, and we are ecstatic.

Lonnie was a charm to work with. He is very polite & easygoing. He is also very meticulous. Tiling is his true specialty & his attention to detail comes through. The bathroom was straight out of the 70's with a mirror along 1 whole wall & much of the tiles had to be replaced. He did such a good job you can't tell where the old & new tiles start & end. I would definitely use him for another project. Only 1 minor problem: This remodel seemed to drag on a little too long but I wasn't in any real hurry so it wasn't a big deal. By hiring Lonnie I got a very good deal & a very good looking updated bathroom. Also, his prices are very reasonable. I would definitely call on Lonnie again for remodeling work.
