I was told over phone it would cost $800-$1000.00 dollars. Then he came and gave an estimate of $2700.00. I said "no, thank you", and he made it $1500.00 I agreed to it. He said it would be done in 3 days, but took over 2 weeks to finish. His team made a mess of the house with stain and scratches and wall damage, and I had to point it out. He left me with a wall I had to sand and have repainted at my cost. He did not communicate well with me at all during the job. The end result is I am VERY unhappy with what I paid for and what I got. I would never recommend him to anyone and it was an awful experience. I felt had and taken and I'm looking to have the whole thing ripped out and redone right.

He was reluctant to clean small details. I had to bring them to his attention. I had to point out some caulking that needed done. He brought things up to code.
