I was at work so she was hesitant about letting a stranger into the house with just her home - but she said she always felt comfortable.
He came in sprayed the parimeter of the house as well as the back yard. We went down the shore for the weekend following and came home to find two water bugs, dead, face up in the ktichen. So whatever he did/used worked.
He charged $90, she gave $100 as a tip. He didnt count the money, but later in the day, he called her apologizing that he didnt give her change and would even drive back and give to us. Although we did not expect that money back, he said he would put it toward our next bill. It is really great to know that we have found an honest independent exterminator.
We will definitely be using him, probably with each change of season. Would definitely reccomend!
I was very impressed. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and professional. He was kind enough to explain the entire process as he worked to rid my house of a mouse. I called and he was at my home in less than a half hour. I will use him again for preventative maintenance. Overall, I am pleased with the service.
