It went great. I would hire them again

There was some confusion on scheduling for the estimate but we worked that out. Unfortunately, the pooling on the bay window got worse so now need to work through that with them.

Contact with the office was quick and responsive, the job was done quickly and within three weeks of initial contact. The job site itself was left clean. No complaints.

Like any home owner the biggest issue for finding a good roofer is trust, and this roofing company has earned mine over the years. The whole team has always been great to work with. I haven't had any issues through the number of roofs I've had done, and the first few are running on about 6 years old! No issues. Use these guys.

It went really well. As everyone writes, Marcie was great to work with and very responsive. They were punctual, worked **** ** the job until it was completed. They did the work well, gave us a good quote, and worked competently and proficiently. We noticed one section of white trim that had not been cut right exposing some wood underneath, and they were out within a week to fix it. They are now our roofers! And, they have been really good with us asking for other recommendations for contractors in the area.

Marcy was great & responsive. She quickly returned calls and absolutely made me more comfortable with understanding what was being done & that it would meet the insurance requirements. The roofers were extremely nice and very open to answering questions. I know nothing about roofs and was glad I put my roof in Castelli's hands. Thank you Castelli and Angie's List!!

They worked fast and got the job done quickly so no other water came in. Marci called me the first time it rained hard after the installation to make sure nothing was leaking. I will always use Castelli.

Castelli did an excellent job. They were the only contractor of 3 that I called who called me back and they called back within 24 hours. Marcy was quick to schedule someone to come look at the job. Robert & Damien were thorough in explaining our options (and their recommendation) and got back to me quickly with an estimate, which was very reasonable (we received an "Angie's List discount"). They booked our job a few weeks later. Everything went as planned; the area was left clean upon completion. I had a few follow-up questions that Marcy addressed quickly. She also sent us paperwork certifying a "new roof" and encouraged us to submit it for a reduction on our homeowners' insurance premium. All in all, a very positive experience.

The work seemed thorough and they did a good job explaining the process to me. They also didn't try to up sell me on unnecessary work like another roofer I met with that week.

Robert came out and gave an estimate and then the work was scheduled. They were quite busy at the time and so it was scheduled for a week or so later. They showed up as scheduled and performed the work as we had agreed and no more leaking. See before and after photos.

Marcy was very responsive to my issue. She coordinated with the roofing team to examine both the roof and skylight. I was presented with several options. They scheduled the work for the following week and a professional, clean job was completed within several hours.

Everyone at Castelli was incredibly responsive and helpful. The work was done on time and even quicker than we thought it would. Excellent customer service all around and sent us photos while the work was being done!

I have a stone Victorian twin house with a ledge that goes around the house that is covered with siding. It went great. Their estimate was on point as far as possible since they couldn't tell the condition of the wood soffit until they took down the old siding. I thought it was a good price as they had to put up scaffolding to reach the ledge. They were willing to do the project in stages but when I saw how good the new siding was, I had them do the entire house. They worked full days and cleaned up after themselves. There was some debris left after they left but a quick call to Marcy had it cleaned up the next day. I would definitely use them again.

By the time I got the house, the contractors were already gone. Job only took 30 to 45 mins. I saw spots on the porch roof that were missed. When I texted photo to office, they came back and touched up these spots. Company claimed it wouldn't have made a difference, but I felt better. I friend told me the price may have been high. I can't verify that.

Marcy handled the communications. She was very responsive in replying to my queries over phone and email. Prior to the start of the work, we received a detailed agreement which specified all the things that will be done in course of the roof installation. We decided on a date and time for the installation, and sure enough, Robert and his crew were there right on time to do the installation. Everything went very smoothly and Robert took the time to answer all our questions. He also fixed for free a leak around our skylight. He also showed us pictures of the new roof. We are very happy with how smoothly this project went, and recommend Castelli Roofing very highly.

I asked them while he was there the 2nd time to seal the edges better so there are no gaps where water can get in but Marcy said that area near the edge should be fine. Since I see the gap and have experienced leaks, I want the job done to my satisfaction so I requested again that he seal the edge like the other side. See pics. They said I will be fine but another retired roofer disagrees and since I had leaks over the years I don't want to chance it. I found my original warranty from the previous roofer so I will call them out to seal that edge.

The initial job went as expected. Months afterwards, I had a problem with a roof part that they hadn't worked on - and the roofer came over and took care of it without charging. That is highly commendable. It appears that they how to treat - and keep - customers.

I don't remember the cost. They were very good. They had the main persons wife act as the intermediary. She handles the phone calls. She schedules the work. There was always somebody I could reach. This is a great service they provide that most construction companies I've run into don't. The actual work itself was very well done. It was carpentry work, but it was done high up on the third floor. They have somebody who does that kind of work. A lot of roofing companies don't have a carpenter that will do that kind of extra cornice work.

This is a follow-up review of Castelli Roofing Company. I provided a review for them when they initially came to fix our roof. They were EXCELLENT. Furthermore, we developed a small leak nearly a year and a half. It was no fault of their original workmanship, but some decay occurred over time. They responded immediately, and were out to our home the next morning and addressed the cause. They are a company of their word and honored their warranty. Needless to say, I certainly will be making an appointment for our annual roofing maintenance. Marcie is alway a pleasure to discuss the details of our concerns. I am happy to have a reliable company to take care of our roofing needs.

Castelli Roofing is Number #1. This is the second time that I have had the privilege to work with Castelli, and I could not be more impressed. Marcy Mike, Alex, and the entire team are always responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. If I could sing their praises from my rooftop I would.

Castelli Roofing was pleasant to communicate with, were responsive, scheduled my job quickly, and did a great job in a relatively short amount of time. They gave me a discount because I had initially contacted them several years ago via Angies List for this same project (which I decided to put off until this fall). I appreciate them honoring that initial estimate. Given the entire experience and the work that was completed, I would definitely hire them again!
