We had an emergency, a leak from the bathroom. They did repair the leak and laid a new vinyl tile floor. Carlos is very personable and friendly, but he wasn't on hand once the work started and most of the workers speak limited English, so I got the blank stare when I asked questions about the floor. There were many cuts and patchwork pieces and blank spaces which were filled in with grout! The material used was the least expensive, they replaced the kitchen faucet/sprayer which I called to complain about the quality of the floor work. It wasn't repaired, nor was it replaced, he just didn't respond. So we weren't charged. We also had a few loose rails in the banister, some are still too short, they never removed the handrail, just put some nails in.

The contractor was even surprised at how the finished bathroom looked. I would recommended them again. I will be using them in the future to do some painting inside my home.
