IN RESPONSE TO THE MEMBER, THE JOB IN QUESTION THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED WAS A LOCATION WHERE I COULD NEVER GET ACCESS TO. MEMBER WAS AWARE OF THE SITUATION. WOULD NOT REQUEST TENANT TO MAKE THEMSELVES AVAILABLE. ALSO THE VARIOUS CHANGES MADE TO THE MEMBER'S REQUEST FOR OTHER CONTRACTED WORK WAS ALWAYS CHANGED. THE MEMBERS WERE VERY PLEASED WITH MY WORK UNTIL I ADVISED THEM THEY NEEDED TO CONTACT THE TENANT FOR AVAILABILITY. MY WORK SCHEDULE IS VERY VALUABLE TO ME. I WAS NOT ABLE WHILE MEMBER WAS ON VACATION TO GAIN ACCESS. IN THE INTERIM, MEMBER INTRODUCED ME TO A FAMILY MEMBER (SON-N-LAW). I IMMEDIATELY MADE MYSELF AVAILABLE TO HER SON-N-LAW. HIS TENANT WAS VERY UNMANAGEABLE. I COMPLETED WORK THERE. TENANTS USED PROFANITY. DID NOT LIKE COLOR OF PAINT WHICH I PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. THEY DISRESPECTED MY EMPLOYEES AND PUT THEM OUT. THE SON-N-LAW HELD OFF PAYMENT OF $200. FOR THAT REASON, YOUR MEMBER HAS RETALIATED AND SUBMITTED THIS RIDICULOUS REPORT. I DID NOT MIND REPAINTING THIS TENANT'S ROOM, BUT DID NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY DUE TO THE TENANT'S BEHAVIOR. SINCE THAT INCIDENT, I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOUR MEMBER UNTIL THIS REPORT WAS SUBMITTED.Angi Certified
