Andy's plumbing never followed up. Left us stranded without heat for five days. Never called to follow up. I called them up to have the part returned. I had it repaired within an hour by a friend and let Andy's plumbing know that the part was ready to be installed. I received no call back. I called again this morning and was told that they would not be by for at least two days. I reminded them that we have no heat and that the reinstall was just a small job. I was told too bad! I have a small child who has to stay warm and now need to find another plumber/HVAC person.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!!!
THESE GUYS ARE UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

One of the nicest contractors I have ever met. I called him with an emergency at 8:30PM on Friday night of Labor Day weekend. Not only did he come right over and fix my problem, he spent additional time explaining several other issues to me and provided me with multiple options for fixing them. It's such a pleasure to find someone who values your business and takes pride it what they do. I would recommend Andy to anyone, he is a true professional.

Well, he never got back to me. He said he'd be in touch with an estimate. Two follow up calls to his office were not returned. Now that I've read other reviews, other people have said the same thing. I just wish he would tell people that he doesn't want a specific job, rather than make you wait for the estimate and try to chase him around, and then finally get discouraged and give up. Not really professional.

They arrived at the time agreed upon and understood the problem right away. They removed the old pipe, cleaned out the clog that led to the main drain pipe and added the new section. The job was done in about 1 hour. They explained that at some point my main drainage pipe would have to be replaced but that everything should work fine and it has.

They were very good. The price was reasonable and they were on time for the job.

My local hardware guy had recommended Andy as highly competent but a little pricey. Because he is a local plumber it was a simple decision.
Andy may be good in an emergency but I would not use him for routine work since he has proved himself unreliable in this area.
He has not responded to phone calls or email about the additional work I wanted done.
I will not use him again.

The man was supposed to install a part for the air conditioner and heating unit. He said it would take about a week to get a part. I called a week late and he said that it has not shown up. I waited another two weeks and left a message and he still has not returned my 2nd phone call.

This is not the first time we've used Andy's. They are always prompt and courteous and get the job done.

We called Andy's at 7:00 a.m., after realizing that we had no hot water. By 8:30 am, John was on the case and we came home from work with hot water! John was prompt, polite, pleasant, and professional.

Great experience. I called them around noon. Jon called me back shortly there after and said he could come out after 2. He called about quater of two to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt and on time. He snaked the drain out in about 30-40 minutes and now I can do my laundry:)

They returned my call promptly and came out to my home promptly. The work was completed efficiently and quickly. The original problem was solved but two days later my heat would not turn on. Andy came out and determined the problem and will come out and fix this issue as well.

Started off great. Andy came over, explained the work to my wife and worked with us to get a reasonable way to fix the issues. Said he'd send an estimate for the work... After a couple weeks, with no estimate, my wife called twice with no response. I called and Andy called me right back and told me and quot;he sent the estimate via email and would resend immediatelyand quot;. Well I never received it and I never received the resent estimate either. I even emailed Andy with my correct email address to make sure he had it. Guess he just didn't want the work but there's no excuse for not returning multiple calls.

EVERTHING WENT FINE

Andy's Plumbing came to our house to provide an estimate for repairing a leak with in our utility shaft. After a bit of confusion about when he was suppose to come, we were able to meet up and he provided us with his recommendations for a repair. We had contacted another plumber at the same time who provided a more efficient repair, therefore, we did not follow up with Andy for the price quote.
Overall our interaction with Andy was positive, and we would contact him again for an estimate for plumbing.

Andy and his team were at my property an hour after I called them. They were extremely professional, punctual and reasonable. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing jobs.

Andy arrived on time, completed the job quickly, including installing additional copper tubing, and thoroughly cleaned up, leaving no trace of his presence except the new heater. He even provided a small discount on the labor price because the old heater had been completely drained.
Andy and his colleague were personable and professional. Both clearly answered whatever technical and maintenance questions I had.
