The crew was extremely careless and worked quickly. They tore up the yard, knocked down a tree that wasn't in the way of their work, and after they finished, they covered over the hole with dirt but did a poor job regrading the yard. They left the tree for us to clean up, as well as a mess of rocks they had uncovered while digging the hole. We've had to hire a number of additional contractors to do jobs to clean the mess ALX created. I will not hire them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Sewer vent replacement. Their estimate included replacement of our sewer line, which was what they convinced us needed to be completely replaced. But they discovered that the sewer line didn't need to be replaced once they got down in the ground--only the sewer vent. Nevertheless, we were charged the full price.
