I left the office with a nicely gift wrapped watch. They did a minor adjustment to the timepiece approximately 3 months later at no charge. Wonderful folks to work with - we use them frequently.

A.H. Hadley Co. is, in my opinion, one of the best jewelers in the area. I inherited a lovely diamond anniversary ring that needed resizing. As it was a quality piece I wanted to take it to a reputable jeweler. As I had heard that A.H. Hadley Co. had a good reputation, I decided to take it there. I met with Kelley Crumlish, the company's President, who evaluated the ring and was able to tell me more about it than I was aware (that the original diamonds on the ring had been replaced with larger ones and that the gold was actually 18K and not 14K as I had been informed originally). Upon closer examination of the ring, I realized that Mr. Crumlish was absolutely correct, that even some of the diamonds did not sit correctly and securely in their setting. Mr. Crumlish then offered me several options as to what could be done to ensure the safety of the diamonds. All options were reasonable and affordable.
As my ring was to be in his care for a bit for repair, Mr. Crumlish kept me informed of the repair process. He even responded to an email question I sent over a weekend, while the business was closed. He and his staff were always professional, courteous and patient -- they make you feel as though you are their only customer.
When my ring was returned to me it was absolutely stunning -- I could not detect the repair work in any way, which is a testiment to good craftsmanship.

I trust this jeweler and will definately be a returning customer for all my future purchases and repairs.

I didn't have to pay anything for the estimate, but I had to pay for the repair. I enjoyed working with the people and with the company. It's a small company and they are specialized in service. They are very helpful. I've used them in the past over the years as well. I always use them. I don't remember the amount that I spent, but it was fair. I wouldn't keep going back if I didn't think it was fair.
