I ordered blinds on 6/22/20, the install was on 7/13/20, but one of the two blinds I ordered was the wrong size. I was told the replacement blind would be expedited. A week later, I had not heard from 3-day blinds or the local installer about my order, so I reached out and was told to just wait longer. Today, 3 weeks after original install, and 2 weeks after I was told to "just wait longer," I have sat on hold for 2 hours, been disconnected twice, emailed their customer service email only to have it kicked back as undeliverable (address does not exist). The local installer does not have any information for me. The sales rep has not responded to my email. I am considering disputing the entire charge and going elsewhere with my business. I would not recommend this company based on the poor customer service. The one positive, is that the one blind they did install is exactly what I wanted.

3 Day Blinds is the BEST! The company is so customer service oriented and insured that we were happy every step in the process. We would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds to anyone looking to install new window treatments or replace old window treatments, they made the process easy, fun and affordable AND we have EXACTLY what we have always wanted but thought we could never afford! My husband and I had contacted numerous competitors over a several year period and were given the run around. I saw an advertisement on tv, contacted 3 Day Blinds and received a call back immediately. The representative was extremely helpful and promptly connected me to a design consultant who scheduled an in home consultation at a time that was convenient to us. Patty, our design consultant was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. She helped us navigate the system and provided options to make our dream of replacing our curtains with either 3" wide blinds or plantation shutters a reality. We purchased shutters for 14 windows including a large bay window. The installers, Dave and Eric, were also terrific. They were prompt, efficient, neat and clean as well as courteous and respectful. The plantation shutters look better than we could have even imagined. They are very high quality and were affordable! So why settle when you CAN afford the very BEST?
