It went well. I will recommend them to others.

Repairs were made to roof on 10/8/20, and waiting on windy & rainy weather conditions to truly be able to give an accurate assessment.

This is my 2nd review. I had one leak in a closet in my home. I was told i was best to get a new roof. Now i hv discovered i still have the closet leak. I have a leak in the rear of my home in never had before and water is streaming down the side of my home. I did not get a new downspout as on the estimate and my cable wires were cut. I had to get those fixed. My calls went unanswered.

Initially i thought things were gonna go well. I hv a main roof and smaller back roof. Both were replaced. The 1st problem was my cable.wire was cut. I had to.hv it repaired. My requests were ignored. My rear roof was slanted slightly to divert water to.the down spout. Appears Roof Gurus installed the new roof flat and now i hv water running down the side of my house leaking into a room. I called and spoke with Nick, who.i.had been dealing with thruout, he will be put in 3 days. If any permanemt damage is done.from the water damage i will.expect.Roof.Gurus to pay for the repairs. Also on my estimate it included a new downspout. I was not given a new.spout. i expressed.i needed a.larger drain box. Was told i had the largest. Not true. Nick was attentive and quick to respond b4 i had work done. No longer the case.
