Prestigious Flooring

Met Dave at the Convention Center home show.  He seemed very nice and knowledgable so my wife and I decided to have him come over for an estimate.  He spent a lot of time with us to say the least, and answered all our questions in a professional manner.  We had the carpets installed and he was there every morning to answer any questions and to start the job off properly.  He had two very experienced carpet installers finish the job in two days.  The carpets are wonderful and my wife and I are very please with the finished product.  I liked Dave because he was very genuine and with absolutely no sales pitch.  He allowed us to roam free in his showroom and ask as many questions as we liked.  I would do business with him again.  My wife and I were replacing the hardwood floors too, but decided to use old reclaimed barn wood which is difficult to install.  Instead of trying to convince us that he could do this complicated install, he referred us to a friend who installs and stains old wood flooring.  This is a sign of a good and honest business owner.  I appreciated his honesty and look forward to giving him more business in the future!
