PARADISE CUSTOM KITCHENS

Paradise Kitchen is well worth every penny. Tim Doutrich spent an enormous amount of time designing the kitchen. He listened to the things that were important to us and incorporated them in our plan. It has been 2 years since the kitchen was done and I love it as much, if not more, today then I did the day it was completed. It amazed me that they gave us an 8 week schedule with what was going to be done everyday and actually stuck to the schedule! Dan, the foreman/project manager, could not have been nicer. We actually had an issue with one of our cabinet doors which was totally my fault. I called Dan and there was someone here the next day - and this was 18 months after the job was done - and there was no charge. If I could give PK a rating higher than an A I would. They aren't cheap but the product that you receive and the customer service that you receive is well worth it. I haven't mentioned the custom made cabinets either - they are beautiful and sturdy. I love to cook and the kitchen does get heavy use. The only thng that I am sorry about is that I waited 20 years to do it.

This company is super! Their customer service is impeccable.

PCK made the cabinets (fabulous) and acted as general contractor. Michael, the kitchen designer, walked me through selection of backsplash tile, counter tops and flooring, as well as the cabinets. When I didn't like the faucets they had on display, he sent me to a great place to pick one out. (I kept my existing appliances.)

Demolition was messy, and we were surprised by which was the load bearing wall. But, that was the only big surprise.
The men working kept my house as clean as possible, and were reliable, polite and friendly. Two stand out, Art Wright, the electrician, who offered terrific advice, and made a huge difference to the finished product; and Mike Zander who was there from demolition through cabinet installation and finishing.

Fleming Tile did the floor, backsplash and granite countertops. Fabulous from top to bottom.

The entire project took 8 weeks. It was long and expensive, but the end result is a glamorous, functional kitchen made for cooking and entertaining, and built to last 50 years of rugged use.

Excellent overall quality. A detailed day-by-day schedule was provided in advance and was closely adhered to. Quality of cabinet construction and finish work was very high. Subcontractors cleaned after every visit and there was minimal disruption. Only downside was waiting more than 5 months for the work to begin after putting down a large deposit. Expensive, but well worth the quality, scheduling and professionalism.

QUALITY OF CABINETS AND RESPONSIVENESS WERE OUTSTANDING. WOULD RECOMMEND HAVING SOMEONE ELSE DO DESIGN WORK AND JUST HAVE PARADISE MAKE THE CABINETS.
