The price was very reasonable. I was shocked at how reasonable he was. I was very pleased. He was excellent. I had no problems.

They were very reasonable. They really know what they are doing.

They responded promptly to my calls and performed all work on schedule, professionally, efficiently, and at a good price. When he did the bulk of the work, he had an assistant and used walkie-talkies to communicate efficiently while they were working in different parts of the house fishing lines, feeding cable, etc. We did not get an estimate because of the long list of repairs and wish-list items. We have long-term experience with Dave, having used him at our prior home, at my office, and at our rental properties. He's always been reliable and professional. He's thoroughly knowledgeable and informed on zoning requirements. In one case, he explained an inspector's faulty GFI test issue to a borough official, citing the exact wording of a regulation. We have never had a need to call him back on any work he completed. He uses drop cloths and cleans up thoroughly.
