We are proud to be an Angie’s List Super Service Award contractor."
"The Amount of time it took to to do the tub and paint was not at all excessive. The Tub was a remodel which consisted of: 1) Removing the existing tub/surround and disposing. 2) Prepping the walls to accept the new tub. 3) Reinforcing the sub floor, 4) Re plumbing the waste and supply, both of which were not accessible once the new tub was installed. 5) installing the new tub and surround. 6) installing the finish plumbing. 7) clean up. Also worth mentioning, is the fact that the bathroom was on the second floor and all cutting and most of the preparation was done outside the first floor. The ceiling was a 2 story foyer that required scaffolding and included caulking in the crown moulding against the ceiling and wall, and touching up the moulding/ walls where the previous painter slopped them up. Sufficient drying time for caulk and different colored paint was needed, as well as time climbing and moving scaffold. I am meticulous in my work and care of my tools, and work the same whether I am working with a contract or Time and material basis. I cannot be liable for time tables not discussed ahead of time."
"There was a misunderstanding. Contractor was under the impression that the customer was going to call when they solidified the job to be done. Contractor received no warning or check up call before the review."
"I had to rearrange my schedule to do both the estimate, and the work as per the customer’s request since they had a very tight window of time to get it done. I submitted a fair estimate that was based on an hourly rate far less than the coupon’s worth. When it was rejected by e mail, I responded with several ways we could adjust the work to better fit their budget, but there was no response."
