I strongly NOT recommend Mr. Rooter. A guy named Kirt Ball called me soon after I searched plumbers thru HomeAdvisor to fix a leaking shower head. Next day, he sent Kevin who stayed 30 min and charged $245. Obviously overpriced but paid. Worst thing was the shower head leaked despite reduced. Kirt said I can get a refund or buy a part for Kevin to try again. After that phone call, Kirt never receives my calls nor call back. I left messages three times. 10 days later, leaking gets worse and it is just like before Kevin's visit. Terrible experience. This will be my first and the last use of HomeAdvisor too. HomeAdvisor told me that they could recommend another plumber with much better reviews. Very disappointed by my first use of HomeAdvisor. Follow up: Curt called me back with acceptable apologies and excuses. Kevin revisited with a part. It did not work. I got full refund back.
