My technician, Brian, diagnosed multiple problems. he provided itemized billed to resolve each issue. He recommended a discounted service plan to lower the cost of the current work and three years of future service. He was knowledgeable, polite and quick. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Glenside.

Kevin was on time and diagnosed the problem right away. He had the replacement part in his truck which was great for a fast fix.

These guys were great. They worked extra hard to solve our sewer issue. Here's the kicker - with the job and amount already settled, and a lot of work already done, they actually pointed out that damage to our line was caused by a third party. This, of course, saved us a lot of money, but also took money out of their own pockets at the same time. They could have easily finished the job and collected the entire fee. Instead, they did what's right and fair. How rare is it to find this kind of honesty in this day and age?

The person Scott who came out was very nice. I did not like the fact that my initial appointment was canceled 2 hours before he was scheduled to come out. All that was offered to me was an *I am Sorry*. I made plans and rearranged my schedule. No consideration. The workmanship is of low quality for what I was charged. I think it was overpriced for the equipment that I received.

I called Home Advisor and got Mr. Rooter plumbing, Kevin H. plumber came out, fixed and corrected the pipes to eliminate leaking. I was so please to see the excellent work Kevin H. did, and I feel sure this would not happen again. Therefore, I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Plumber Kevin H. for the excellent work he did. I will definitely use them again, they were total pros from the beginning to the end of the project.
