Description of Work: No contact or response for weather dates. All correspondence was done by me and haven't heard from them in 4 weeks after I accepted their price. It would be professional of them to give a weekly call to customers on their scheduled work.

Description of Work: Charlie was great. Showed up on time and did a great job. He quoted me a price and it was actually less that what was originally qouted. How often does tht happen with a roofer?

Description of Work: They did not show on the scheduled day, and They did the gutters on the house, but not on the garage or breezeway.

Description of Work: I purchased the "Two hrs worth of Roof Inspection & Maintenance Pkg" & "Repair a leak above a bay window"As it turned out I was up on the roof the following week power washing the gutters and the entire roof. I noticed a few shingles where the nailes had popped through and did not receive any caulk during the roof maintenance inspection. All toll, I believe the inspection/maintenance took approximately 40 minutes & 10 min of that time was writing up an estimate to repair the leak above the bay window. So this particular "Big Deal" was not such a good deal for me, i e. $149.00 to apply 1/2 tube of caulk. The 2nd job was to commence on October 23rd. It did not. I had to call the office to see if I had the wrong date, I did not. I was told that I should of received a call because they were unable to keep the appointment. I did not. I had to call the office again to get on their schedule. I was told that my job was put on the schedule for 10 AM Monday morning Nov. 10th. I called the office again @ 11 AM to see if there was a problem because I did not receive a call that they were running behind scheduled. I was told "the guys are en route".The guys arrived a little after 1:00 PM. I asked them why they didn't call to inform me they were running behind . I was told "we didn't receive the job 11 AM that morning". In other words, after my call to the office where I was told "they're in route". In the end, the guys did a fine job on the leak repair at a fair price.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a gutter and roof tune-up that included gutter cleaning.

Description of Work: Fixed some loose shingles on my roof. Inspection done. Informed I still had some time left on my roof!! very happy!

Description of Work: House roof replacement, garage roof replacement (with some additional optional work I needed done). Excellent products and excellent installation, at a fair price. I would recommend them highly to others.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters but the ones in the rear were stilled clogged. The problem was immediately taken care of when company was notified.

Description of Work: Tore off old roof and put down new roof. It went smoothly except for need to adjust price for incorrect estimate of square footage. Price still seemed fair.

Description of Work: They cleaned out our gutters. We had some trouble scheduling the service because we were out of town but Linda continued to communicate with me and offer different options. The day of service they were actually early!! I would highly recommend them!!!

Description of Work: Had a small leak in our 2nd floor, so called Catalfano. They made an appointment quickly; I think it was Friday, and they said they'd come on Monday, May 5th. The guy came out on or about on time, and did a bit of diagnostic. There was a shingle missing (causing the leak) and a few other slipping. He gave a quote of $275 to replace the shingle with some we had. I said I'd like to schedule and he said soemone from the office would call later in the week. | |I waited, and on the 15th (nearly two weeks later), I called, their voicemail was full, so I e-mailed, with no response. | |On the 28th, I called, and the guy said 'We'll be out today, Ill make sure it gets done.' | |We're now at a month and a half and still nothing. It's been mostly gorgeous, so hard to believe weather is the problem. | |Guess I'll need to find someone else to fix our roof (and then to replace the whole roof in a year or two, which we will need to do!)

Description of Work: They nailed down and secured underlying plywood sheets on the roof. They also caulked around |loose shingles and flashing. Also talked thru the state of the roof overall, things to look out for, and options for the future. | |Overall the guys, John and Eric were solid and professional. Unfortunately I purchased the special from Angie's list on April 16th and they came out on June 20th. So that was a little frustrating but otherwise I would work with these guys again.
