I ordered a coal stove last June. They said it would take three weeks to come in, but it ended up taking three and a half months. When they installed it, he spray painted the pipe black, and in doing so he got spray paint on our table, carpet, and a throw rug, which we had to throw away. When he brought it in, the side of the stove was scratched, which he showed me. He only had glossy black paint, and offered to come out or mail me flat black paint. I agreed to have them mail it, and when I receive the can of paint, it came with a bill for $22 for the paint. When I called to question the bill, I reminded them that I had spent $3600 for the stove and several hundred dollars for the coal from their company. They said that they would waive the $22, but I got another bill a few weeks later for the $22 again. Needless to say, I was unhappy with their service. It should not have taken so long to get the stove to begin with, and I was in fact told at one point I might not receive the stove until January, after I had already sold my other stove to pay for the coal stove. Their customer service was certainly lacking, and although I enjoy the stove, I would never recommend them.
